Curd dough is prepared in the usual way. Combine cottage cheese with cereal and add sugar and salt. Grind everything together, add one large egg. Let it sit, then add flour. We determine its quantity ourselves.

While the dough is standing, remove the seeds from the berries. If the cherries are frozen, let them thaw completely. Otherwise there will be too much juice.

Roll out the entire dough into a long ribbon 5-7 cm long. Place a row of cherries in the middle until the very end. We make a tube so that the filling is inside.

Now this tube needs to be cut. We try to make pieces with berries inside, cut between them. Then we compact each one so that the cherry does not “pop out”.

Cook in the most usual way for a couple of minutes after surfacing. Serve with sour cream, you can sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon powder.

Preparation:

Immediately place a pan of water on the stove over low heat, about 2-2.5 liters. While the water is heating up, we will have time to prepare the first portion of lazy dumplings; we will cook the whole thing in two batches.

Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add sugar and salt.

There is no need to cook longer, otherwise the dumplings will become loose.

Make dumplings from the remaining 2 quarters of dough and cook the second portion. In fact, description takes much more time than practical actions. While the first portion is cooking, you almost have time to make the second.

We do this very quickly, stirring occasionally so that they do not stick to anything. After the curd dumplings float to the surface, cook for 2-3 minutes.
