When a precipitate forms, the enzyme should be carefully poured into another jar, the precipitate should be poured out and the amount of serum should be replenished to the previous level with the addition of 1-2 tbsp. l. sugar (0.5-1 tbsp honey or 0.7-1.5 tbsp fructose). High-quality enzyme (kvass) has a pleasant smell and taste (usually with a slight bitterness), foams a little.

Take 50-100 ml as needed, preferably 30 minutes before. before meals. In this case, for consumption, 1 liter should be poured from a jar. enzyme (store on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator in a sealed container), add 1 liter of whey and 1/3 stack to the jar. sugar (1/6 cup honey or 1/4 cup fructose). By the time a new portion of the enzyme is needed, it will be completely restored. Do this up to 3-4 times until the quality of the enzyme deteriorates (determined by taste). After that, they begin to take freshly prepared enzyme.
