Fried oyster mushrooms with onions - a recipe from the "in haste" series. For its implementation, only the mushrooms themselves and onions will be required. And you will also need oil, on which, in fact, we will fry our favorite product. But the choice of spices in our case is small. I prefer to focus on salt and pepper mixtures. If you wish, you can use mushroom seasoning, but it can even be superfluous, because with its artificial taste it interrupts the naturalness of mushrooms.

It is worth noting that when frying oyster mushrooms with onions, a lot of vegetable oil is consumed, so be prepared for this. In addition, a feature of these, and other mushrooms, is the presence of a large amount of moisture. Therefore, sometimes it seems that the dish is ready, but has not yet reddened. And in order to bring it to a beautiful color, you need to hold the mushrooms on the fire a little more, constantly stirring.
