This recipe requires mushrooms, spices, and vinegar to marinate. The cooking algorithm is not very complicated, but it requires careful observance of proportions and technological conditions.

Products:

  • Oyster mushrooms - 1 kg.
  • Granulated sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 1-3 cloves.
  • Carnation - 4 pcs.
  • Black peppercorns - 4 pcs.
  • Vinegar - 4 tbsp. l.

Technology:

  1. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly, cut large oyster mushrooms, and marinate medium and small ones whole. Pour boiling water over, leave for a while.
  2. Transfer to a saucepan, cover with filtered water. Put on fire, after boiling, foam will begin to form. There will be little of it, but the hostesses recommend removing the foam so that the marinade will remain transparent in the future.
  3. Add all the spices, salt and sugar, cook for 20 minutes. At the very end of cooking, gently pour in the vinegar.
  4. Cool the finished marinated oyster mushrooms slightly, arrange in containers (you get 2 half-liter jars). The marinade should cover the mushrooms completely.
  5. You can pour a couple of tablespoons of oil into each jar to form an oil film on top. Cork. Store in the refrigerator, after a day you can eat it.

Technology:

  1. Wash fresh mushrooms, cut from a bunch, cut into small pieces, small oyster mushrooms can be pickled whole.
  2. Put in a saucepan with water, salt, boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the marinade - pour water into a small container, add salt and sugar, stir until dissolved, pour in vinegar and put the chives passed through a press.
  4. Peel the onion, rinse, cut into very thin half rings, mash to let the juice out.
  5. Throw the boiled mushrooms in a colander.
  6. Put half of the chopped onion in a pickling container. Lay oyster mushrooms on it in a layer. Pour marinade over. Spread the remaining onion evenly on top.

  2. Dip the mushrooms in water, bring to a boil, keep on fire for 5 minutes. Throw in a colander.
  3. Pour water into a large container at the rate, add salt and sugar, add spices. Add mushrooms there, cook for at least 20 minutes.
  4. A few minutes before the end of cooking, pour vegetable oil with vinegar into a saucepan, mix.
