Oyster mushrooms fried with sour cream

dill for serving - 2-3 sprigs.

Cooking steps

Pour oyster mushrooms with 1 liter of water, put on fire, after boiling, cook oyster mushrooms over low heat for about 5-7 minutes. Drain again in a colander to drain excess liquid.

Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots.

Serve oyster mushrooms fried with sour cream, sprinkled with finely chopped dill.
