I propose to make a marinade for barbecue with tomato, with the addition of spices and onions, but not necessarily the marinade should be like this. For baking in the sleeve, you can use any of the large list of kebab marinades.

Ingredients:

  • Pork - 1 kg.,
  • Onions - 1 pc.,
  • Ketchup - 5-6 tbsp spoons,
  • Spices: a mixture of dried Provencal herbs, black pepper, paprika, hops-suneli,
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp,
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.

After all the ingredients have been prepared, you can start cooking pork kebab in a sleeve in the oven. Before cooking any dishes, it is advisable to rinse fresh pork meat with cold water, and then dry it with napkins or paper towels. Frozen meat does not need this, it is enough just to defrost it. Cut the meat into pieces as for a classic kebab. Place it in a bowl.

Remove the peel from the onion. Now it needs to be turned into gruel. This can be done in three ways - by grinding it with a blender, using a grater or meat grinder. In this recipe, I grated it on a fine grater.

Put the onion puree in a bowl of meat.

How to make a kebab at home in the oven:

So, take the pork, rinse it, dry it, cut it into medium pieces, put it in a deep bowl, add salt to your liking, a mixture of peppers or a barbecue seasoning, also to your liking.
