  • Squid - 600 gr.
  • Celery stalks - 3 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Crab sticks - 4 pcs.
  • Cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 onion.
  • Salt - to taste.

Preparation:

Chop the squid, previously boiled in salted water, into small strips. We also cut the onion into small cubes and send it to the squid. Add salt, pepper and a drop of vinegar to this, and olive oil(can be sunflower).

Mix everything and crumble cucumber, celery and tomato into it.

To easily remove the skin from a tomato, you can do one trick. You need to scald the tomato with boiling water. After this, the peel is very easy to remove.

All ingredients are mixed and the salad is placed in the refrigerator to brew. It turns out simple and tasty.
