To prepare shish kebab, choose meatier pieces. Thin wings will turn out a little dry.

Before you start marinating, you need to remove the tips of the wings. There is no meat at all in that part, but it is this part that burns faster. Then you need to wash the chicken and remove excess moisture with a paper towel. Only after this can you marinate.

Cooking wings in honey-soy marinade

What aroma will be released during cooking? If you cook at the dacha, the neighbors will simply be jealous. So, for 20 pieces of wings, take:

  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tsp sesame oil;
  • 2 tbsp. dry wine;

  • sesame seeds.

Mix honey with soy sauce, chopped garlic, oil, wine and ginger. We also send sesame seeds there. Mix all this thoroughly - the marinade is ready.

Place the wings in this aromatic mixture and leave for at least 2 hours. Better yet, leave the chicken in this marinade overnight.

Then we remove the wings from the aromatic mixture and place them on a preheated barbecue grill. Fry until done.

Recipe for shish kebab from wings on kefir

This is a quick and easy option for marinating chicken wings. You just need to go to the store and buy fresh kefir. It turns out very tasty.

For 2 kg of chicken wings you will need:

  • 500 ml kefir 2.5% fat;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 pcs. onions (medium size);
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • pepper + salt + spices.

Mix oil with finely chopped garlic and chopped onion. Add kefir to this, add salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well.

We send the chicken to the aromatic mixture and leave it in the kefir marinade for 2-3 hours. Then we remove the wings from the spicy liquid and place them on the barbecue grill. Try to ensure that the pieces on the grill are laid out closer to each other.

Bake the meat until nice and crispy. Just remember that the grill with wings needs to be turned over. I recommend serving the finished yummy with hot sauce and vegetables. Yum-yum, delicious :)

Honey-mustard version of shish kebab

Golden crispy crust, heady honey aroma, tender meat. Well, let's prepare this marinade?

  • 1.5 kg chicken wings;
  • 4-5 tbsp. mustard;
  • fresh lemon;
  • 2 tbsp. honey;
  • 6-7 cloves of garlic;
  • ½ glass of dry white wine;
  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise (it is better to use homemade);
  • 5-6 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • ½ tsp each rosemary + thyme + ground black pepper.

I would like to draw your attention: honey should be runny. If it has already crystallized, melt it in a water bath. Next, squeeze the juice out of the lemon, after rolling it on the table. You need to do this with a little pressure on the lemon. This way you will get more juice.

Then mix mustard, wine, mayonnaise, honey, soy sauce and lemon juice. Grind the peeled garlic using a garlic press and also add it to the mixture. Add spices and mix all ingredients well.

Place the wings in the honey marinade and put them in the refrigerator for an hour. Although you can leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Then we take the meat out of the aromatic liquid and start cooking it.

It is better to cook this shish kebab on the grill. Bake the wings on one side until the meat turns pinkish. Then, using special tongs, turn the wings over to the other side and continue baking until done.

How to marinate wings in orange marinade

For 2 kilograms of wings you will need the following products:

  • 2 oranges;
  • 2 tbsp. take orange or lemon zest;
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper;
  • 1.5 tsp. salt;

Squeeze juice from citrus fruits. Peel the garlic and grind it into a paste using a garlic press. Mix the juice with the garlic mass, sauce and zest. Add sugar, pepper and salt. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly - the aromatic mass is ready. Dip the wings into it - note that the chicken should be completely covered with this mixture. Then we put the wings in the refrigerator. After 2-3 hours we take out the meat.

We will cook it on the grill. Place the pieces on the wire rack as close to each other as possible. Next, place the grate over the coals. Cook the kebab for about half an hour, turning the grill periodically. Better yet, look at it when it’s ready.

Spicy chicken kebab

To prepare this kebab, take 10 wings and the following ingredients:

  • chili pepper;
  • 5 tbsp. tomato paste;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice;
  • 1 tbsp. sweet chili sauce;

To marinate 1.5 kilos of chicken you will need:

  • 3 tsp dried garlic;
  • 1 tbsp. mustard;
  • 1.5 tbsp. olive oil;
  • 3 tbsp. ketchup;
  • 2 lemons;
  • salt + ground black pepper.

Squeeze juice from citrus fruits. Then mix garlic with mustard, oil, ketchup and juice. Season and add spices. And mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Dip the wings into this spicy mixture and set aside for an hour. Then place the pieces on the grill and fry until done. A golden crispy crust will serve as a guide for you. About half an hour after you start frying, the kebabs will be ready. Just remember to periodically turn the grate during cooking. Otherwise, the lower part of the pieces will turn into coals :)

Preparing soy-garlic marinade

Stock up on the following products in advance:

  • 1 kilo of chicken;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 100 ml soy sauce;
  • 3 tbsp. honey (you need some liquid);
  • pepper + salt.

Pass the peeled garlic through a press. Then mix the garlic mass with sauce, honey, salt and pepper. Then place the chicken pieces into the aromatic mixture and let them marinate for a couple of hours in the cold.

Thread the chicken onto skewers and bake for about half an hour. Or you can place the wings on the grill and fry them. In this case, periodically turn the wings over.

Additional Tricks

To make it easier to separate the finished chicken wings from the metal grill, do not be lazy - grease it with oil. Any kind will do - in general, you can use olive oil, sunflower oil, etc.

If you cook chicken on skewers, thread the pieces onto 2 skewers at once. This will make it more convenient for you to cook barbecue. Use the first skewer to pierce it closer to the place where the wing is cut from the carcass. And use another skewer to pierce it near the second joint.
