We need these products.

Rinse chicken meat well, clean and put in a convenient container. I took the drumsticks and chicken fillet. I did not mix the marinade separately, but combined everything at once in a container with chicken. Pour the meat with marinade ingredients, sprinkle with spices and salt.

Mix everything well with your hands, cover with a film and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Add coarsely chopped carrots. I used sweet yellow carrots, they add extra sweetness to the whole dish. Fry 5-8 minutes.
