How to cook with a photo step by step

Break the chicken eggs into a bowl. Beat a little, into foam.
After pouring a glass of sugar here, shake with a whisk or mixer. You need to beat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

You can even just use a fork.

Pour in yogurt or any other liquid fermented milk product, stir.

We add soda for kefir. The mixture will begin to foam a little, due to the reaction of soda with kefir.

We sift the flour. We add gradually here.

Stir until smooth. The mass will turn out to be sparse, approximately like on pancakes.

We take a form for baking. Line the bottom with parchment paper or brush with oil. When using a form without a non-stick coating, you need to coat the entire form - both the bottom and the walls.

Now let's get to the fruit. We prepare them: wash, clean, cut into pieces. If you decide to use dried fruits, soak them in advance, rinse thoroughly, remove the seeds (if any). Spread the fruit evenly across the bottom of the mold.

We put in a slow cooker on the baking mode or in the oven of the oven (180 C). It will bake in the oven for about half an hour. In a multicooker, the baking time is from 50 to 60 minutes, depending on the power of your multicooker.

We take it out of the oven. Pierce with a wooden skewer. If it remains dry, then the cake is baked and ready to serve.

Remove from the mold and wait for the cake to cool.

Cut the pie in sour milk into portioned pieces. Serve with family tea. You can offer thick sour cream along with the pie. The cake is delicious the next day, and the day after, if you store it in the refrigerator. When chilled, it acquires its special zest.
