Unusual cheesecakes with apples will diversify and decorate your breakfast! Healthy, tasty and quick at home.

Recipe 1: cheesecakes with apples in the oven (with photo)

Cheese pancakes are made from cottage cheese and are not only tasty, but also healthy dessert. Especially if you add fruits, berries or nuts to the dough. At the same time, curd cheesecakes can not only be fried in a frying pan, but also baked in the oven, which will make them more attractive for those who are watching the calorie content of their food. There are also dietary cheesecakes, that is, cheesecakes without eggs at all. And today we will get acquainted with the recipe for apple cheesecakes cooked in the oven.

  • cottage cheese – 200 gr.;
  • flour – 150 gr.;
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • apple – 1 pc.;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • powdered sugar;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • butter - for lubrication.

Cottage cheese must be ground with sugar. If the curd is grainy, this will help make it more uniform.

Next, add sour cream, egg, flour, baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of soda, slaked with vinegar). Watch the amount of flour added. When there is too much of it, the dough becomes too thick and heavy, which can worsen the taste of curd cheesecakes and complicate the process of baking them. Sour cream also needs to be varied: what fattier cottage cheese initially, the less sour cream you need to add.

Cut the apple into small cubes and add to the main mass, mixing everything well.

To prepare cheesecakes in the oven, we need a sheet. It must be coated with butter or sunflower oil. Recommended to use parchment paper– it will completely prevent the dough from burning.

We spread the mixture in small portions so that, if possible, they do not touch each other. Top for golden crust You can brush it with butter or sour cream. Place the sheet in a preheated oven for 30 minutes, cook at 180 degrees.

You can determine the degree of readiness by how the apple cheesecakes begin to brown. If the cheesecakes are completely covered with a golden crust, it’s time to take them out. Let them cool slightly and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. We eat it with sour cream or condensed milk!

Recipe 2: vanilla cheesecakes with apple and cottage cheese

We offer you a recipe for cottage cheese pancakes with apples - it is very simple and unpretentious, but at the same time unusual. However, such cheesecakes may well become a dinner, and a dietary one at that. It is enough to take low-fat cottage cheese, replace the wheat flour with whole grain flour, and instead of sugar add a sweetener to the cottage cheese or add nothing at all, especially if the apples are sweet. As a last resort, if you really can’t live without sweets, pour honey over the finished cottage cheese pancakes with apples - it will be tasty, sweet, and healthy.

  • cottage cheese of any fat content – 300 g;
  • apple – 1 piece (large);
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • sugar – 2-3 tbsp. l;
  • vanillin – 0.5 tsp;
  • wheat flour – 3 tbsp. l. for cheesecakes + a little for breading;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

We use cottage cheese for cheesecakes of any fat content. The recipe uses homemade cottage cheese, quite fatty, not sour and well pressed from the whey. If the cottage cheese has a different consistency (pasty or granular), you may need a little more or less flour.

Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater. You can cut the apple into very small cubes or chop it into thin strips.

Layered dense cottage cheese (as in the recipe) must be mashed with a fork or masher to a more uniform consistency.

Add an egg to the cottage cheese. If you need to reduce the calorie content of the finished dish, then use only the white; the yolk is higher in calories.

Mix the cottage cheese with the egg, pour the grated apple into the curd mass.

Add sugar to taste. Along with sugar, pour vanillin into the cottage cheese or add any other flavoring - cinnamon, nutmeg.

Add wheat flour, sifted in advance. You may need a little more or less than indicated in the recipe - it all depends on the consistency of the cottage cheese, and of course your taste. For more delicate cheesecakes made from cottage cheese and apple, the amount of flour is reduced to a minimum.

After adding flour, mix all ingredients thoroughly. We should get an almost homogeneous curd mass, quite viscous in consistency.

Sprinkle some wheat flour on a cutting board or table. We take about a tablespoon of curd mass and spread it on the flour. We form a ball, press it down and get a plump cake.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Reduce the heat to medium, carefully lay out the cheesecakes and brown them on both sides. It is better to fry the cheesecakes over low or medium heat - they will have time to steam inside, become denser and brown evenly.

You can serve curd cheese pancakes with apples hot or cooled, warm, with any sweet sauce, sour cream, or yogurt. Bon appetit!

Recipe 3, step by step: cheesecakes with apples in a frying pan

Cottage cheese pancakes with apples – tender juicy dish, which leaves behind an incredible fruity aftertaste. These pies are prepared quite quickly and simply, so you can easily fry them for breakfast. Since they are very filling, your children and husband will go to school and work full of energy and good mood. Another important factor is that even if you have cottage cheese lying around in the refrigerator, it can still be used to make such cheesecakes.

  • Cottage cheese 0% fat 500 grams
  • Chicken eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Wheat flour 3-4 tablespoons
  • 1 large apple
  • Refined vegetable oil for frying

Place the cottage cheese in a large bowl and, using a fork or immersion blender, mix thoroughly. In fact, we need to grind the component well so that there are no grains of cheese in the cheesecakes. I prefer to use the latter equipment the most, as it turns the curd into almost curd mass. This way the dish turns out more tender and airy.

Wash the apple well under running water warm water, shake off excess liquid and place on a cutting board. Using a knife, peel the skin from the fruit. Next, cut the component in half and remove the seed capsule and stalk from each part.

Then, using a medium grater, grate the apple pieces directly on a flat surface, and then move the chips to a free plate. Attention: if the fruit begins to darken when exposed to air, it’s okay. This only tells us that the apple is real and organic. In any case, the color of the fruit will not affect the taste of the cheesecakes.

Using a knife, break the shells of the eggs, and pour the yolks and whites into a bowl with grated cottage cheese. Pour salt and sugar here and, using a tablespoon or fork, mix everything thoroughly until homogeneous mass.

Now add the grated apple to the container. Having mixed everything well again, we begin to pour in the flour. To do this, we will use a strainer. Don’t forget to continue whisking everything with available equipment so that no lumps appear. The end result should be a homogeneous sticky dough.

Pour some flour into a deep bowl and begin to form the cheesecakes. Since our dough is sticky, be sure to lightly wet your clean hands under running water each time. So, take a little of the total mass (about 2-3 tablespoons, depending on what size you want to make the pies) and roll it out in flour. Form the dough into a flattened ball and leave it aside for a while. We do the same with the remaining mass.

When all the cheesecakes are formed, place a dry, clean frying pan over medium heat. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into it and wait until it warms up well.

Next, place several flattened balls here and fry on both sides until golden brown. Attention: do not rush to transfer the cheesecakes to a serving dish, but cover the pan with a lid. Continue cooking the dish for another 5–7 minutes. Thus, the cheesecakes will be well fried not only on the outside, but also on the inside. Finally, using a wooden spatula, move them onto a plate, and instead put the next portion in the pan. Important: if necessary, add a little more vegetable oil to the container.

When all the cheesecakes are ready, turn off the burner and serve them immediately. dining table. You can treat friends and family with such baked goods along with various sweet sauces, sour cream, jams, toppings, as well as condensed milk. The pies are quite filling, so they go perfectly with tea or coffee. Bon appetit everyone!

Recipe 4: simple apple curd cheesecakes

  • cottage cheese - 500 grams
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 4 tbsp. (plus some flour for dredging cheesecakes)
  • salt - a pinch
  • apples - 2 pcs.

It is better to choose cottage cheese for cheesecakes of medium consistency - not very dry and not wet. Pour salt and sugar into the cottage cheese, break an egg and mix with a fork.

Added flour and baking powder. The amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese plus the quality of the flour itself; add little by little to form a mass from which you can make cheesecakes so that they do not spread.

I peeled the apples, cut them into small cubes and put them in the cottage cheese.

I mixed it and it turned out to be a thick curd mass.

I took a little curd mass with wet hands, made a cheesecake and rolled it in flour.

At the end I add semolina and mix.

Wash and peel one medium-sized apple. You don't have to clean it.

I cut the apple into small cubes. I didn’t grate it, because the apple is too juicy and can release a lot of liquid. I'll poison the apple into the curd mass.

I fry cheesecakes in a mixture of vegetable and butter. First, I spread the cheesecakes on vegetable oil and fry the cheesecakes on one side over low heat.

Recipe 8: fragrant cheesecakes with apple and cinnamon

Today I will make cheesecakes from cottage cheese, but not ordinary ones, but fruit ones. Cheesecakes with apples turn out very tender, tasty and soft. Apples make cheesecakes richer and more juicy. I add a little cinnamon to them, it gives them light spicy aroma. They can be prepared for kids who don’t really like cottage cheese. They are unlikely to be able to refuse such delicious cheesecakes with a delicate apple flavor.

  • Cottage cheese – 300 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Apple (medium) – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Semolina – 1-2 tbsp.
  • Flour – 2-3 tbsp.
  • Cinnamon – ¼ tsp.
  • Vanillin or vanilla sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vegetable oil

Lightly beat the eggs with sugar.

Grind the cottage cheese well until smooth so that there are no lumps. It is better to take medium cottage cheese for cheesecakes, not wet. Add eggs with sugar, semolina, a pinch of salt, vanillin or vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly. If the cottage cheese is in grains, you can beat the curd mass in a blender, it’s more convenient and faster.

Peel and seed an apple (you can take one medium apple or two small ones) and grate it on a coarse grater.

Immediately place the grated apple into the curd mixture and squeeze a little lemon juice so that the apple does not darken, add cinnamon (optional) and mix everything.

Pour in the sifted flour and mix thoroughly again. The curd dough turns out sticky. But you don’t need to fill it with flour or add semolina - then the cheesecakes will turn out tender and soft.

Heat a frying pan with a small amount of refined vegetable oil and form from curd dough small cheesecakes. To make them easy to mold, I wet my hands every time. cold water. I don’t bread cheesecakes in flour. They do not stick to the pan and are easy to remove. If the cottage cheese was wet and the dough turned out to be liquid, you can add one tablespoon of flour or semolina and spoon the curd mass into the frying pan.

Fry the cheesecakes on both sides over low heat until golden brown crust. If you fry them on high fire, then they may remain raw inside.

Place ready-made cottage cheese pancakes with apples on flat dish with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Delicate cheesecakes with apples are ready! Let them cool (they will be much tastier) and serve them with sour cream, jam or just tea.

Prepare

in the oven is not only healthier, but also easier than frying them in a frying pan. Healthier - because there is less fat, it is not difficult for digestion crispy crust and harmful substances from hot oil. Easier - because there is no smoke and there is no risk that the cheesecakes will stick to the pan or not cook through. Well, it’s more convenient, of course, to place the workpieces once on a baking sheet and not stand for half an hour at the stove.

The rest of the preparation is the same - we make a thick curd dough, roll it into balls and turn them into flat cakes.

Ingredients: cottage cheese – 500 grams;

chicken egg – 2 pieces;

sugar – 3-4 tablespoons;

wheat flour - about a glass (how much dough will take);

apple – 2 pieces;

cinnamon - a pinch.

Cooking cheesecakes with apples in the oven. Choose dry low-fat cottage cheese for cheesecakes - this a win-win. It does not have excess moisture, which means it will not take a lot of flour and the pancakes will have a pronounced curd taste. In addition, the dough will not spread in the oven.

Add eggs and sugar to cottage cheese.

Mix the mass. There is no need to beat or rub anything vigorously.

Add flour little by little, stirring the dough until it begins to break up into separate dry lumps.

At this stage, add chopped apples (preferably without peel) and cinnamon.

Mix the apples well into the dough and then roll it into flat thick cakes. Sprinkle the baking sheet thickly with flour and lay out the pieces. If you cover the baking sheet with parchment, you need to sprinkle the parchment with flour too, otherwise the paper will stick.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and place the cheesecakes in it. Since there is no soda in the dough, they will not spread, but will rise a little due to the fact that the cottage cheese softens. After 15-20 minutes, check readiness. If the dough is baked, you can increase the temperature to 200 degrees to brown the top. If the bottom side of the cheesecakes is fried, but the top remains pale, you can lightly grease it sweet water and place the baking sheet for a couple of minutes directly under the upper spiral of the oven. Bon appetit.

Today I decided to make cottage cheese pancakes with apples and semolina in the oven. We have a lot of apples, we have cottage cheese, everyone loves cheesecakes (both me and the children). Plus they are very useful.

Since I will be making cheesecakes in the oven, you don’t have to worry about the quality of the cottage cheese and the softness or hardness of the curd consistency - in the oven, in special molds cheesecakes are in no danger. They will work out anyway.

So, read my recipe and see my cooking photos.

For 6 cheesecakes we will need:

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese (I bought soft village cottage cheese)
  • one Big apple(approximately 150 grams by weight)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • 1 packet of vanillin
  • salt on the tip of a knife
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 6 teaspoons sour cream

In a large bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of semolina, salt on the tip of a knife and vanilla (it’s easier to stir when they are dry):

I stir everything. And I add one a raw egg:

I stir everything again. The result is a homogeneous egg-sugar mass:

Now we need to pour soda slaked with vinegar here so that our future cheesecakes are airy (I slak the soda with vinegar in a separate tablespoon and only then pour its contents into our egg mixture; baking soda and vinegar must react before they are added to the bulk):

Mix everything again and see how our mass has become more magnificent:

We cut our big red apple into cubes. I cut it together with the peel (it’s too beautiful, perhaps it will look good in cheesecakes). But, of course, without the core of the apple (it contains seeds and hard plates):

Throw the chopped apple into our egg-sugar mixture:

Stir:

It's time to work on the most important component of cheesecakes - cottage cheese. We put it in a small deep bowl:

And thoroughly knead with a potato masher (so that the mass becomes more homogeneous and more tender, without any lumps):

For village cottage cheese This is a very easy task.

And add the mashed cottage cheese to our main mass (making it truly curd):

All you have to do is stir a little - and voila, our curd mixture for making cheesecakes is ready:

Pour it into molds (silicone):

Spread sour cream on top of each mixture (one teaspoon of sour cream for each apple):

Well, everything is ready for baking. Place our silicone mold on a baking sheet and look at it last time(before a long separation):

Place the baking sheet in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for about 1 hour (but just in case, keep an eye on your cheesecakes; in my oven they cook for about an hour; in yours, it may be faster).

The hour of separation has passed, we take out the updated cheesecakes from hot oven:

Our cheesecakes have browned, hardened, and matured.

Let's wait until Silicone molds Let it cool down and only then take out our cheesecakes (they are very tender and, until they cool and harden, they may fall out of the mold with some losses).

Well, thanks to our patience there were no losses:

Excellent cottage cheese pancakes with apples (it’s not for nothing that I decided not to remove the skin from the apples, apple pieces look very appetizing through the sour cream crust)!

It turned out very delicious treat. Which can be eaten warm as dinner or breakfast, or eaten cold as a dessert for tea.

Bon appetit!
