Cooking method:

  1. Slice carrots and apples large pieces. They must first be cleaned and excess removed.
  2. Steam the carrots for about 20 minutes, add an apple to it, continue cooking.
  3. After 10 minutes, remove the fruit pieces and puree them. Try to see if you need to add sugar.
  4. If the mixture is thick, dilute it with one or two teaspoons of water or milk.
