Every housewife who cooks at home will always find in her kitchen exactly the ingredients that are needed to prepare dessert. You can also buy groceries in accessible stores and supermarkets. And ultimately prepare your favorite baked goods at home for the joy of your family.

Classic recipe cupcakes with sour cream

The cupcakes are very tasty and uniquely aromatic. They are prepared from those products that are easy to find in the store or on the market. This makes them tender, crumbly, porous, with a light golden brown crust.


Ingredients

  • Wheat flour premium- 200 gr.
  • Sugar (sand) 200 gr.
  • Sour cream (any fat content) 200 gr.
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs. (120 gr.)
  • Vanilla sugar - 15 gr.
  • Butter - 100 gr. (in dough)
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Powdered sugar to taste

Preparation:

1. The first thing you need to do is prepare the oil.

Important! If you have a metal mold, then take pieces of unmelted butter and grease all the molds well, and then sprinkle with flour.
