4. Chicken salad

Ingredients:

Tomato 2 pcs
Chicken breast 2 pcs
Black olives (uncooked) 80 g
Green onions optional

Raspberry vinegar 1 tbsp.
Olive oil 3 tbsp.
Celery 3 stalks
Garlic 1 clove

Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Cooking time - 15 minutes
2.Cut the chicken breast into strips.
3.Chop the onion, celery, tomatoes and olives. Grind the nuts.

4.Preparing the dressing: Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, squeeze out the garlic (optional).
5. Season the salad with dressing and mix gently.

5. Salad “Chicken-Snow Maiden”

Ingredients:

300 g boiled chicken fillet
0.5 heads of Chinese cabbage
2 red onions

bunch of green onions
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper

For refueling:

2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 clove of garlic (through a press)
salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the pepper into strips, chop the green onions and cabbage, cut the chicken into cubes.
2. To prepare the dressing, simply mix all the ingredients and the sauce is ready.
3. Place all the ingredients, mix, pour over the sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.

6. Sherlock salad (very tasty and tender)

Fried onions give this hearty recipe special note. And the name of this salad speaks for itself - it is prepared simply in an elementary way, Watson!.

Ingredients:

- 250 grams of boiled chicken fillet;
— 200 grams of pickled champignons;
- 4 boiled eggs;
- 1 onion;

Preparation:

Peel the onion, chop it finely and fry in a frying pan with butter until golden brown. You can sprinkle the onions a little with a mixture of spices for chicken while frying. Together with essential oils onions, the mixture will give additional aroma and taste.
Cut the chicken and eggs into small cubes, and the champignons into thin slices. Lightly fry the nuts in a frying pan and chop them.
Mix all the ingredients, leaving only a few nuts for decoration, season the dish with salt and pepper, and season the Sherlock salad with mayonnaise. Place the remaining nuts on top nicely.
