Ingredients:

For 2 pots of 800 ml:

  • 5-6 medium potatoes;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • 1-2 small onions;
  • 100 g fresh champignons;
  • 2 glasses of water (200 ml each);
  • Salt - to taste, about 1-1.5 teaspoons;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • Greenery.

Instruction:

Rinse, peel and rinse all vegetables again. Cut the potatoes into slices, as for a roast; chop the onion, grate the carrot coarse grater, and cut the mushrooms into slices.


Put the potatoes in pots about 2/3 of their height. Salt (about 0.5 tsp salt per pot, or a little less.
