Fresh champignons are very easy to turn into an original hot appetizer. It is most convenient to cook it in the oven. You can just bake mushrooms with spices or experiment with fillings, but according to any recipe, champignons in the oven turn out tasty and unusual.

Ingredients:

  • ½ kilo of fresh mushrooms;
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar;
  • a mixture of Provence herbs to taste;
  • fresh garlic;
  • olive oil;
  • 3 dessert spoons of soy sauce.

Cooking:

  1. For an appetizer according to this recipe, it is better to choose medium-sized mushrooms with dense closed caps.. They need to be washed well, removing all dirt, and cut the legs.
  2. Pour the mushrooms into a bowl, add vinegar, mashed garlic (amount to taste) and all remaining liquid ingredients. Pour in herbs. Salt does not need to be added, soy sauce will do its job.
  3. Mushrooms will marinate in a fragrant mixture for a quarter of an hour. In the process, you need to mix them a couple of times.
  4. Together with the spicy liquid, move the mushrooms into a baking dish and send it to the preheated oven.
  5. Bake a treat at 190 ° C for about half an hour. In the process, stir and pour over the juices that stand out. Whole champignons in the oven will turn out ruddy and will noticeably decrease in size.

Ingredients:

  • ½ kilo of mushrooms;
  • 1 st. finely grated cheese;
  • 3 art. l. classic mayonnaise;
  • butter;
  • garlic;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse all the mushrooms and cut their legs as close to the cap as possible. It is convenient to do this with a thin sharp knife.
  2. Put the caps in a heat-resistant form with a hole up close to each other.
  3. Place a dab of butter into each base.
  4. Mix cheese with salted mayonnaise and add crushed garlic.
  5. Put the stuffing in the mushrooms on top of the oil.

Bake stuffed champignons in the oven with cheese for 17-20 minutes at 180°C.

With garlic and herbs

Ingredients:

  • 70 g butter;
  • fresh greens;
  • garlic;
  • vegetable oil;

  1. Remove the stems from the prepared champignons so that there is space inside the caps for stuffing. Put the resulting blanks into a mold and add a little oil to each.
  2. For the filling, fry the onion slices with finely chopped mushroom legs in hot oil. Add garlic, herbs and cream. Salt, pepper the mass and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Stuff the hats with the butter mixture from the pan.

Festive bacon dish

Ingredients:

  • 12 large mushrooms;
  • dried garlic;
  • butter;
  • grated cheese;
  • 5 st. l. fat cream;
  • 12 strips of bacon;
  • fresh dill.

Cooking:

  1. Washed and peeled mushrooms to get rid of the legs and entrails. The hat should have a large indentation, but it must be kept intact.

  2. Shake the tied bag so that the marinade is evenly distributed over the mushrooms. Leave them like this for 80 minutes. Pour boiling water over wooden skewers for a quarter of an hour. Then they will not crack in the oven.
  3. Now we cook the mushrooms in mayonnaise with spices, strung on skewers. We put the future skewers on a baking sheet covered with foil, and bake the mushrooms for about half an hour in a hot oven.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g mushrooms;
  • 1 st. grated "Russian" cheese;
  • fresh garlic to taste;
  • salt, spices;
  • classic mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Carefully cut the stems out of the mushrooms with a sharp knife.
  2. Place the caps upside down in the mold. Add a little minced garlic to each.

Cooking:

  1. Mushrooms prepare and get rid of the legs.
  2. Lay the caps in an oiled round shape closer to each other.
  3. Rinse the poultry fillet, cook until tender with lavrushka and cool directly in the broth. Finely chop the meat and fry together with onions until both ingredients are golden brown.
  4. Add sour cream, salt, pepper and chopped dill. After a couple of minutes, remove the pan from the heat.

  • 1 egg;

  3. After 8 - 9 minutes, add flour, add sour cream, salt and spices.
  4. Bring the mass to a boil and transfer the contents of the pan to a baking dish.
