Butter caviar is not just a preparation for the winter or another dish on the table, it is an original and unusual appetizer for sandwiches, pancakes or as a filling for stuffed cutlets, tartlets or tomatoes.

  • sour cream - 50g;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • fresh onion - 100 gr;
  • vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Cooking method:

The oil must be thoroughly washed, chopped finely and stewed in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Chop finely, you can grate onions, pour in sour cream and salt, pass until golden brown.
