  4. Steam the apples for about an hour. Then drain the juice into a clean container.

Apple marmalade - apples contain pectin. Therefore, marmalade from them turns out to be very tasty. First you need to get the pieces of fruit softened by steam. Then the peel is removed from them. The pulp in a separate pan is kneaded with a spatula. Then a small amount of sugar is added to it. This mixture is put on the stove and heated, stirring occasionally. Otherwise it will burn.
