    Olives and cherry tomatoes are placed on top of the cake as decoration.

    This option is also good because its preparation is the simplest - you don’t need to fry or stew anything, just chop and mix.

    Ingredients:

    • mayonnaise – 150 ml
    • garlic – 1-2 cloves
    • greens - a small bunch
    • medium tomatoes – 3-4 pcs.
    • Cherry tomatoes – 6 pcs. (for decoration)
    • olives – 1/2 jar

    Preparation:

    1. Finely chop the greens. Chop the peeled garlic (in any convenient way).
    2. Mix garlic, herbs, mayonnaise.
    3. We cut the tomatoes into thin circles, cherry tomatoes into halves or slices.
    4. Cut the olives in half lengthwise.
    5. Grease the cakes with mayonnaise-garlic mixture.
    6. Carefully arrange the tomato slices.
    7. Assembling the cake. We decorate the top layer with cherry tomatoes and olives. If desired, olives can be added between all layers.
    • To prepare cakes for 200 grams of liver, take no more than 1 chicken egg. The cakes will not be tough.
    • Fried or stewed carrots in recipes can be replaced with Korean. The taste will be sharper. Can be used as layers canned corn and green peas.
    • Beautifully chopped vegetables, mushrooms, cheese and herbs are suitable for decoration. To decorate with mayonnaise or sauce, it is better to use a pastry syringe.
