We bake honey cakes at 180 degrees for 3-4 minutes (until rich golden color).

Preparing the cream for the honey cake. The best option is a simple custard without oil and eggs. To prepare the cream, we take milk, sugar and flour.


Pour 300 ml of milk into a ladle, immediately add flour and sugar and put the ladle on fire. Constantly stirring the milk with a whisk, bring the cream to a boil and remove the ladle from the heat. Cool the finished cream and apply to the cakes.


Decorate the collected honey cake with berries, nuts, chocolate (at your discretion) and send it to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Since the cakes are so soft and porous, the custard will soak quickly enough.


We serve honey cake for tea or coffee.
