  • Vodka – 500 ml;
  • Strawberries – 500 g;
  • Lemon (large) – ½;
  • Sugar – 300 g;
  • Water – 200 ml.

Before starting to make strawberry liqueur at home, the berries are prepared: they are sorted, discarding all spoiled, rotten and unripe ones. Then wash and dry completely.

IN clean jar(suitable for 3 liters) add berries cut in half, you can mash them a little, pour vodka.

The juice from half a lemon is added to the resulting mixture, and the contents of the jar are thoroughly mixed.

The jar is closed and sent to the windowsill (in the sun), where it sits for 7-10 days. During this time, the vodka will acquire a rich strawberry color. Then it is poured into a separate container, and sugar is added to the jar.

The container is again sent to the windowsill, shaking occasionally. This is necessary so that the sugar is completely dissolved.

After 2-3 days, there will be no sugar crystals left, and there will be a lot of juice in the jar. The prescribed amount of water at room temperature is poured into it, everything is stirred well, and then the juice is drained and the berries are squeezed (also into juice).

Alcohol from the refrigerator is added to the treated liquid and everything is mixed. The prepared drink is infused for another 5 days on a sunny windowsill, and then the sediment is drained.

Strawberry homemade liqueur remains to be strained through several layers of gauze, and it is ready for use.

  • Fresh berries – 1 kg;

  1. Mix rum and vodka in a separate container.
  2. Pour into a blender, add sugar. Everyone is stirred.

  • Condensed milk – 150 g;
  • Fresh or frozen strawberries – 500 g;
  • Vodka good quality– 200 ml.

You just need to wash the berries, add condensed milk to them and blend everything in a blender.

Then pour alcohol into the resulting mass and beat everything again.

Tip: you can’t take condensed milk with added vegetable fats, an unsightly film will appear on the liqueur.

The first step is to very carefully sort out the strawberries themselves, remove the missing fruits and separate the tails and stems from the fruit itself. After which they need to be washed under running water, then each berry is divided in half into two even parts.

In the next stage, we transfer our strawberries into a clean separate container (jar, bottle), pour cognac, vodka or alcohol, adding lemon juice. Close the whole thing very tightly with a lid.

It is important to take into account the fact that the alcohol covers the berries by at least two centimeters.

After this time, it is necessary to strain our liqueur through a sieve and carefully filter several times through a triple layer of ordinary gauze.

Take:

  • Strawberries, fresh, frozen – 500 gr.
  • Sugar – 300 gr.
  • Vodka – 500 ml. (alcohol diluted with water to 45 degrees).
  • Lemon - half.
  • Water – 200 ml.

How to cook:

  1. Place clean strawberries in a liter jar and fill with vodka until they are completely covered with liquid.
  2. Add lemon juice and place the jar on the windowsill for 10 days.
  3. After this time, strain the drink (do not squeeze the berries).
  4. Hide the strained infusion in the refrigerator for now, and add sugar to the berries. Shake the jar to mix the strawberries with the sugar, or mix gently yourself.
  5. Return the jar to the windowsill for another couple of days so that the sugar has time to completely dissolve. Drain the resulting syrup and instead pour boiled and cooled water into the jar. Stir and pour the liquid into the syrup.
  6. Combine the syrup with the infusion and leave to infuse for 3-5 days. There will be sediment at the bottom of the jar that will need to be filtered. If measured, the strength of the liqueur will be approximately 15%.

Italian strawberry liqueur - recipe with vodka

The drink is intended for long-term storage, however, it will have to be infused for quite a long time. But the taste is amazing!

Take:

  • Strawberry - 360 gr.
  • Vodka – 750 ml.
  • Cinnamon stick.
  • Cloves – 2 sticks.
  • Sugar – 150 gr.
  • Lemon zest from 2 lemons.
  • Bay leaf – 2 pcs.

How to cook:

  1. Combine berries, lemon zest, spices and 90 g in a jar. Sahara. Pour vodka or the same amount of 40% alcohol and hide the tank in a cool place for 6 months. I want to say that just 1-2 months is enough - it’s been tested, but the original recipe specifically states six months.
  2. Strain the liqueur and pour into another jar, add 60 g. sugar and leave to ripen for another week. The longer it sits, the better it tastes. By the way, do not throw away the strawberries after straining; decorate pastries and desserts with them.

Homemade strawberry cream liqueur

I know that this homemade drink more commonly called strawberry yogurt. You can prepare it from fresh or frozen berries, which allows you to have on hand all year round. This is incredibly convenient; you can prepare liqueur in advance for any date. The shelf life is not too encouraging; the warranty is only a month.

Take:

  • Vodka – 500 ml. (replace with cognac if desired)

The berry will give up all the juice, the sugar will dissolve and we will strain it again through cheesecloth. You should not crush the berries so that strawberry pulp does not get into the liqueur.   • strawberries – 1 kg;
  • sugar – 320 g;
  • vodka – 550 ml;
  • water – 100 ml.

Wash the strawberries well, sort them and remove the stems. Next, you need to grind it in a blender and strain or rub through a sieve. We put this puree in a jar with a volume of at least 2 liters, fill it with vodka and leave it to infuse for 10 days in any warm place. We cook the syrup from water and sugar and add it to the tincture along with lime juice, mix and put it in the refrigerator to brew for a couple of days, after which the taste becomes richly strawberry, and the alcohol is practically not felt.

Quick recipe for homemade Xu Xu liqueur

This recipe is designed so that it can be consumed immediately after preparation, it does not require a long infusion and the strawberries can be taken frozen, so you can prepare this xu xu at any time of the year.

Ingredients:

  • defrosted strawberries – 550 g;
  • sugar – 255 g;
  • vodka – 300 ml;
  • lemon – ½ pc.

Preparation

Place the berries in a blender bowl and puree them into a homogeneous puree, which we filter through a fine sieve. Because the mass is quite thick; this process is not quick, you can speed it up with a spoon, the main thing is that all excess remains in the sieve.
