How to cook

  • Cut the meat with an accordion: Rinse a piece of pork, dry it with a paper towel. Cut this long piece of meat across the fibers with a fan (accordion), without cutting 1.5-2 cm to the bottom. The cutting step (thickness of the slices) is 1.5-2 cm.
