So, cutting off two circles no more than a centimeter thick from a large zucchini (why it’s big - so that there is a good hole in the center 😉), carefully take out the seeds. If the skin is too thick, it is better to remove it - my zucchini has the skin left.

In flour, flavored with spices and salt, dip mugs of zucchini, and put in a pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry over low heat on both sides until soft. The thicker the zucchini, the longer it will fry, so it is better not to make too thick slices - it will burn.

I fry the first side better, and the second so that the fork gently enters the body of the zucchini, but the zucchini itself is not yet too soft.
