Step-by-step recipe for pizza in the microwave

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 1;
  • wheat flour - 5 tbsp. spoons (with a slide);
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • kefir - 1 glass;
  • salt - a pinch.

For filling:

  • boiled sausage or ordinary sausages - 200 g;
  • ketchup;
  • greens (parsley) - 1 bunch;
  • hard cheese - 50 g.

How to make

Mix all the ingredients required for the dough in a deep bowl. The consistency will turn out to be liquid, this is normal.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, pour the dough into it and flatten with a spoon.

Cut the sausage into cubes.

Brush the dough with ketchup and sprinkle evenly with chopped sausage.

Wash the greens, dry them on a towel and chop finely with a knife.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. You can pre-hold it in the refrigerator so that it is rubbed better.

Put chopped parsley on a layer of sausage and sprinkle evenly with cheese on top.

Delicious pizza with prawns and olives, cooked with the grill function, will be an excellent treat or dinner.

For the test:

  • flour - 300 g;
  • water - 100 ml;
  • egg - 1;
  • dry tremors - 10 g;
  • salt and sugar - 1 teaspoon each;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.

For filling:

  • ketchup;
  • shrimp - 150 g peeled;
  • olives - 1 can;
  • cheese - 150 g.

Dough preparation

Pour yeast into a deep bowl, pour in warm water and dissolve the yeast.

Then beat in an egg and pour in the butter, stir.

Add flour, sugar and salt, mix thoroughly. The result will be an elastic and non-sticking ball. Cover it with a napkin and let it sit for an hour.

Roll out the matching dough to the size of the mold (and wrap it on the side of the mold too).

Cut the olives into halves.

Spread with ketchup and top with olives and shrimp.

Place in oven for 10 minutes (power 600 W), grill on.

Sprinkle with grated cheese a couple of minutes before cooking. Prepare. Let stand and serve.

From a ready-made base

If you have a base, then the process will be reduced by at least half.

Take:

  • a pre-baked or purchased base with a diameter of 20 centimeters or look at the diameter of your rotating plate;
  • 150 g of different varieties of ham;
  • 1 large tomato
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • you can take pre-fried mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, cut into thin strips
  • ketchup or tomato paste, but then seasoning is needed.

Preparation

Place the base in the mold, pour the ketchup over, but not too abundantly so that it does not drain into the mold. Then spread the chopped slices of ham and vegetables over the entire surface, if using them. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on top of the ham, sprinkle with seasoning. Grate the cheese coarsely and spread over the entire base - there should be a lot of it.

How long to keep pizza in the microwave? Cook for 5-8 minutes at full power - the middle will be soft and juicy, and the edges will be crispy. Do not pull it out right away, let it stand for 10 minutes.

Transfer to a platter (flat plate) and serve until cool.

Convection Microwave Recipe

Base ingredients:

  • water - 75 g;
  • yeast - 7 g;
  • margarine - 15 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • sugar - 1 tsp;
  • flour - 300 grams.

For filling:

  • boiled chicken meat - 100 g;
  • champignons - 75 g;
  • cheese - 50 g;
  • ketchup.

How to cook

Cut the champignons into thin slices and fry in a pan with vegetable oil (just pour a little) on the stove.

Chop the chicken meat at random.

Pour warm water into a bowl and dilute the yeast in it.

Add sugar, dissolve.

Pour in melted margarine.

Add salt and knead to a firm dough.

Roll out a thin (up to half a centimeter thick) circle with a diameter of 25 cm, prick with a fork and place on parchment.

Brush with ketchup.

Lay out the filling: first a layer of mushrooms, then chicken and then a layer of coarsely grated cheese.

Place on a grill rack and bake in a microwave preheated to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes, turning on the convection.
