Freezing minced meat in one large piece is extremely inconvenient. To defrost a small part later, you will need to sweat, because a piece that has seized in the cold is practically impossible to cut.

To avoid this, you can freeze the minced meat in bags, for exactly one serving. To do this, pinch off about 200-300 grams of minced meat from a large piece, roll it into balls and freeze it in the freezer. If necessary, take out one or two balls and use in cooking.

However, it is worth noting that the minced meat frozen in this way is defrosting for a rather long time in order to maximize the process of the minced meat before freezing is flattened.

For this, the minced meat is placed in a bag. The minced meat in the bag is pressed with the palm of the hand so that a thin layer is formed, no more than 2 centimeters thick. In order to achieve the fastest possible defrosting of the workpiece in the future, you can use a rolling pin. A thin layer of minced meat is thawed 2 times faster.

How to freeze minced meat in portions

Ingredients:
Vegetable mix -400 gr

Garlic -1 clove

Dill - to taste
Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar -1-2 tsp
Sugar-2 tsp

Butter for frying minced meat

1.Over high heat, fry the ground beef in butter. Pepper, lightly salt. Pour half a glass of white wine. We are waiting for the wine to evaporate.

2. Cut the eggplant into random pieces. I had a frozen pre-shaved eggplant.
I thawed it and cut it. Fresh eggplant can be used easily. Fry with minced meat.

3. Take the shop vegetable mix. It is advisable to defrost it first. Just drop the bag from the freezer into the refrigerator overnight.

6. At the end of stewing, add herbs and favorite spices. Add salt if necessary. We put a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste. We mix. Simmer under the lid for about 10 minutes. Garlic is quite appropriate in this dish. You can put 3 chopped cloves at the end of the stew.


7. Our simple but tasty dish is ready. We decorate it with bell pepper and serve.
