I found this recipe on some forum. True, it was called there "9 liters of juice from 4 oranges." In fact, I think this name is quite justified, since the taste of the resulting drink is really very similar to juice. However, it cannot be called juice, since it is, nevertheless, a drink. For 9 liters, I made it once, delicious, but for less water - more rich taste. Therefore, I look at the circumstances, depending on how many oranges I have available and how many people will drink this drink.
To make fanta at home, you will need:
- 4 oranges (you can also take tangerines and grapefruits);
- 9 liters of water;
- 0.5-1 kg of sugar;
- 20-30 g of citric acid.

Recipe with photo step by step:

As I said above, you can take less water. You can make 3 liters, there will be a very rich taste, you can also 6 - usually I do this amount of water. As far as sugar is concerned, original recipe They wrote to take 1 kg per 9 liters. But for me, it's too sweet. But, to each his own, so I advise you to put some sugar first, stir, try and then decide if you need more. As for citric acid, some advised replacing it with lemon. Honestly, I haven't tried it. But they said that it turns out not worse. Well, really - why would it be worse for him to go out? But let's move on to the recipe.

Fanta recipe at home or how to make 9 liters of juice from 4 oranges

Take 4 oranges (or 2-3 grapefruits, or 8 tangerines, I sometimes make 2 oranges and 4 tangerines - depending on what you have at home and what you want). Pour boiling water over them, this will help remove excess bitterness, as well as remove wax. Dry them completely and put them in the freezer. At least 2 hours, but better - all night. Some people always keep citrus fruits in the freezer so that when they want to delicious drink start preparing it right away.

After we take them out of the freezer and pass through a meat grinder. You need to skip along with the peel. You can take out the bones. As for grapefruits, you need to completely rid the fruit of the white pulp, otherwise the drink will be very bitter.

Bays all this 3 liters of water. Take boiled or filtered water. If you make a drink for 6 liters - respectively, 2-mind, and if for 3 - you need 1 liter. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

Now we filter it through a colander to get rid of large particles. After we take gauze or a sieve and filter again.

It is not worth straining through gauze or a sieve right away, as it will quickly clog and it will be difficult to strain it normally.

When strained, add another 6 liters of water (or 4 or 2, respectively, from how many liters you are planning to make). Then add sugar and citric acid. Mix well so that the sugar and citric acid are well dissolved. We try and decide whether to add more.

Pour the juice into jars and put it in the refrigerator, as this drink tastes even better cold. They advise him to stand for an hour, and then drink. But I usually don't wait, I add ice cubes and immediately start drinking.

As a result, we got about 9 liters of juice from 4 oranges or fanta, prepared with our own hands, but not carbonated.

From waste, many cook jelly or jam. I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to. The drink is very good in the heat and a real salvation before a big feast. After all, juice in the store costs a lot. And if there are a lot of guests, why not make such a drink - both tasty and inexpensive, and much healthier than store-bought juice.

I hope this fanta recipe with photos will help you fall in love with this easy recipe too!

Summing up

Now you know how to prepare a drink like Fanta at home. Using the presented recipes, you will make a very tasty, and most importantly, healthy soda that both adults and children will certainly appreciate.

Charming orange companion holiday tables, sports and ordinary everyday life - Fanta - began to win the hearts of distrustful housewives. They are little interested in the fact that the value of the global brand has crossed the border of the 1st billion dollars and continues to grow. Housewives want to be sure that there are no harmful chemical additives in their favorite drink and they introduce their invention called “fanta at home” into production.

Human imagination, realized in practical life, is able to conquer the world even in difficult conditions. The history of Fanta convincingly proves this.

Germany, 1940, Coca-Cola plant. It was here that the legendary drink was born.

The anti-Hitler coalition imposed an embargo on the supply of raw materials. The plant stopped receiving the necessary for production coca-cola ingredients. The economic situation dictated two severe requirements: either to completely curtail production, or to invent a new recipe.

The manager of the German division of Coca-Cola, Max Keith, decided to prepare another drink, which would include available ingredientsapple pomace and whey. Ingenuity helped to do this. Manufacturers jokingly called the new recipe formula fantastic. The name "Fantastic" was shortened to the famous "Fanta".

The business was saved and its position became much stronger thanks to the fanta, although at that time it had a completely different taste, which every average inhabitant of the planet knows today. The war ended, the supply of raw materials resumed, but Fanta was not discontinued.

Italy contributed to the invention - orange fanta conquered the world with its taste and freshness. Neapolitan Ermelio Matarazzo di Licosa at his plant, after negotiations with the leaders of the Coca-Cola company, began the production of a carbonated orange drink, the main ingredient of which was Italian oranges.

Fanta was loved in Europe, then carbonated "fantasy" crossed the oceans, pleased America and Australia. Further, having overcome a certain curtain, I came to Soviet Union and Asia.

Bright, invigorating orange pearl changes its recipe slightly depending on taste features population. Some countries like it more sweet, in other countries they prefer a rich fruity aroma.

Fante managed to overcome the iron curtain and get to the Soviet people in 1979. Preparations for the Olympics were in full swing. Orange pearl, the production of which was established at the capital's factories, became the official drink of the Olympic Games in Moscow.

Orange aura of joy and practical fantasy

The inspiration that visited the enterprising creators of Fanta during the difficult war years initially allowed her to make a successful “career”. The ruin bypassed the plant thanks to a living spark of human fantasy, embodied in the real life of wartime. The concept of orange fanta has simple and strong ingredients:

  • the personification of optimism;
  • base notes of fun;
  • confidence and cheerfulness;
  • activity;
  • the birth of the phenomenon is the postulate of a healthy lifestyle.

The design of the bottles is synergistic with the joy philosophy of the orange pearl. Top part the bottle slightly resembles an orange. The corrugated surface attracts with its "optical coldness". It creates an invigorating impression that Fanta was still in the refrigerator just one second ago.

Ways to prepare a home brand

The economy of home inventors has ousted all artificial ingredients, flavors and other harmful substances from the recipe. Despite its celebrity, Fanta has acquired "folk information - rumors" about its ability to dissolve certain objects. What then happens to the human digestive organs? However, they did not refuse the drink, and home craftsmen invented several ways to prepare it.

frozen orange recipe

Ingredients:

  • purified plain water- 2.5 l;
  • one medium-sized orange with a thin peel;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • citric acid - 1.5 teaspoons.

How to cook:

  1. Wash the orange well and pour boiling water over it, then dry it and wait until the citrus has cooled to room temperature. Then place the fruit in the freezer. This is best done in the evening. If time is in a hurry, then the orange should be in the chamber for at least three hours. Also in the evening, prepare boiled water.
  2. In the morning, while the citrus is defrosting, divide the prepared water into 2 containers, in one of which it is necessary to dissolve sugar simultaneously with citric acid.
  3. Cut the defrosted orange into medium-sized pieces, remove all the seeds, if any. Skip the citrus with the peel through a meat grinder, or, the second option, chop with a blender. You need to do it quickly so that there is no oxidation. The resulting orange mass is placed in a second container with water. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes. The container must be closed to preserve the aroma. Then strain and squeeze the pulp.
  4. Combine the contents of the two containers and bottle, cool. You can use designer bottles to feel like the inventor of a natural branded drink.

Variations in preparation are allowed. You can replace citric acid in the recipe with one medium-sized lemon, preferably with a thin peel. In this case, the lemon is adjacent to freezer along with orange. Then, just like orange citrus, it is processed in a meat grinder or blender.

The amount of sugar can be changed, focusing on the tastes of your household or guests. If in sugar someone sees " white harm”, then you can replace it with honey by adding a little water. Saturation of taste in hot weather will not bring the long-awaited coolness.

Ordinary water for soda lovers may give way to ordinary soda water. You can prepare orange coolness at any time.
