  1. First we need to boil potatoes, eggs and chicken. Wash the potatoes and put them together with the eggs in a saucepan, fill with water and put on fire. After 15 minutes after boiling, take out the eggs and cool them in cold water. After another 10 minutes, we check the potatoes for readiness, and remove the tubers from boiling water and set to cool.
  2. Fill the chicken fillet with water so that it covers the breast by 2 cm, add 1 tsp. salt without a slide and set to boil for half an hour. After the specified time, take the meat out of the broth, cut into 3-4 large pieces and leave to cool.
  3. In the meantime, we clean the cooled eggs and potatoes and, together with the cucumbers, crumble into equal small cubes.
  4. We chop the radish in circles, after which we cut the circles into 2-4 parts.
  5. Rinse green onions and dill under a cool stream of water and then chop finely.
  6. We cut the cooled chicken into cubes, or with our own hands we disassemble the fibers into straws.
  7. Now we mix all the ingredients in a common container, pour cold kvass, salt, season with mayonnaise and horseradish, then mix everything and serve!
