Using two spoons, mix the products very carefully and gently so as not to damage the pieces of watermelon and cheese. Cover the serving plate with clean arugula leaves, and then place the salad on them.

And again we return to the issue of simplifying life. Beef, the main ingredient of the Ministerial salad, is not only a very expensive meat, but also difficult to prepare. If you overcook it, it will be tough. To get rid of all these problems, it can be replaced with chicken.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Onions - ½ pcs.
  • Homemade mayonnaise, salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

Fry pancakes from beaten eggs. Now we cut all the components of the future dish for high-ranking persons into strips. The pieces should be approximately the same size. The salad is almost ready. All that remains is to add mayonnaise, salt, and after mixing, lightly pepper its surface.

The recipe for the salad described below is missing one of the main components of ministerial salads. These are egg strips. You can easily add them if you wish. They won't spoil the taste at all.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled beef tongue - 400 gr.
  • Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 250 gr.
  • Mayonnaise, salt, walnuts - to taste

Preparation:

Cut the tongue and cucumbers into thin strips. After adding coarsely grated cheese to these products, all that remains is a mere trifle. Now you just need to add salt, nuts and mayonnaise and mix.

The dish described below has two more names, namely: “French” salad and “Tenderness” salad. In some restaurants in our country this dish is found under the name “French Minister”.

Ingredients:

  • Ham - 200 gr.
  • Hard cheese - 200 gr.
  • Purple onion - 1 pc.
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Apple - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:

All ingredients should be shaped into sticks, but the sticks should be of varying thicknesses. So we cut the ham with a knife. Grate carrots and cheese on a coarse grater. Three apples and eggs on a fine grater. Chop the onion into thin half rings.

We begin to place the food in layers on a flat dish. You need to lay them out so that in the end it looks like a slide. So, we put the products in the following order:

  1. The first layer is onion;
  2. The second layer is ham;
  3. The third layer is eggs;
  4. The fourth layer is half the cheese;
  5. Fifth layer - carrots;
  6. The sixth layer is apples;
  7. The seventh layer is the rest of the cheese.

Coat the second and fourth layers with mayonnaise and, if desired, add a little pepper.
