How to make a salad with beans and croutons

Let's start with beans. This version of the salad is equally delicious as with boiled beans, and with canned. This time I took a canned jar, but if time allows, I boil the raw one until tender in unsalted water. Open the jar, place the beans in a sieve (or colander) and be sure to rinse them thoroughly under medium pressure with slightly cold water. Let the liquid drain completely and the beans are ready for use.


It’s even easier with corn; there’s no need to rinse it, so we just open the jar and also use a sieve (colander) to get rid of the liquid. Please note that not all corn will go into the salad! If you add all of it, there will be clearly more corn, and its taste will overwhelm the rest of the salad components.


Next we deal with the cucumber. We wash it, dry it and cut it into cubes or strips - your choice. I have a straw. First, I cut the cucumber lengthwise into plates about 3-4 ml thick, then these plates into strips of about the same width.
