The process of preparing the salad is elementary, like all other salads; the ingredients for it just need to be cut. The salad is shaped like a nest, which is very easy to make. Therefore, first of all, this very tasty Wood Grouse Nest salad with chips will be appropriate for Easter table. I do it for everything home holidays, and, you know, guests always eat it with great enthusiasm from the sight and appetite. I already realized that this salad“scatters” across the plates of invited guests very quickly, and that’s why I make it in large quantities. Ingredients:

- 3 chicken eggs,
- 1 pickled cucumber,
- a piece of ham,
- chips,
- mayonnaise,
- quail eggs for decoration.
