  • If you absolutely do not like rice, replace with the same amount of cold boiled potatoes, which have been coarsely grated.

How to cook.

Boil the rice and let it cool. We clean the carrots, grind them into a coarse grater and saute them in a pan - exactly until softened, we do not need a fried crust. Place it gently on a napkin to absorb excess oil.

Cut the onion into thin quarter-rings, lightly pepper and fill with lemon juice - for 5-7 minutes.
