Therefore, we either take it out of the refrigerator in advance, or heat it in a saucepan on the stove (or microwave) and cool it. Pour kefir into the dough and mix lightly.

Combine all dry ingredients: flour (250 g), salt (pinch), baking powder (2 tsp) and stir with a whisk. Don't skip this step if you want fluffy, evenly risen muffins.
