We will need:

  • 250 g lightly salted salmon;
  • 2 small tomatoes;
  • 10 pieces of green beans;
  • one onion;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 100 g grated cheese;
  • mixture of creamy and sunflower oil(for frying);
  • a bunch of dill;
  • salt and allspice.

Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in a frying pan. Cut the tomatoes into cubes (after removing the seeds and squeezing out the juice) and add them to the onion. Meanwhile, boil for 5 minutes green beans, then chop it coarsely.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, add salt and pepper as needed. Pour the prepared mixture into a frying pan and place on slow fire. Evenly distribute the chopped salmon and all other ingredients, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.


When the frittata is baked from the edges, you can put it in a preheated oven for 5 minutes or cover it with a lid and leave it on the fire. Fast and guaranteed!

  • to get a yolk wrapped in white, choose only fresh eggs;
  • the water should not boil too much, dip the eggs into hot water that is just starting to boil, and use a whisk to create a funnel into the very middle of which you immerse them;
  • Without adding vinegar, a full-fledged poached meal will not work - it helps the white to wrap around the yolk;
  • The cooking time is calculated in almost the same way as with regular cooking eggs To obtain the “pouched” condition, 2 minutes is enough, for a denser one – 5 minutes, and after 7 minutes you will get a hard-boiled egg. Condition is being checked yolk light by pressing your finger, to do this you need to remove the egg from the water with a slotted spoon;
  • Poached eggs are also great from quail eggs.

1. Chop 350 g of beef (pork) until coarse minced meat. Pepper and salt the torn meat.

3. Now feel free to pour a tablespoon of finely chopped or, as people say, chopped shallots into a cup.

4. Throw in one tablespoon of chopped tomato in the same fine manner.

5. Finally, add a spoonful of finely chopped parsley and mix well.

6. Place the meat in a mug, then turn it over and dump the meat “cake” onto a plate. Place the shell with raw yolk. Do you have capers and mustard? Put it next to it.


Quasi-egg

1. Beating two yolks with one hand, put the syrup (a glass of sugar in half a glass of water) on the fire with the other.

2. After 15 minutes, use your third hand (see photo) to remove the resulting hot syrup and pour it in a thin stream into the whipped yolks.

3. Continue to beat the yolks with syrup stupidly and monotonously until the mass cools down.

4. Add a couple of spoons heavy cream(you can use whipped ones from a spray can). Whip it up.

5. Pour in 50 g of something cream liqueur(ideally Baileys). Well, as usual, beat it.

6. With a generous hand, pour a heap of mascarpone cheese into your mixture. You probably already guessed what to do next. That's right, beat it.

Pre-cut the filling - ham, onions, bell peppers, olives, tomatoes - as you wish. Heat a frying pan and grease it with oil. Beat the eggs (use the quantity as desired) and pour into the pan. Cooking method:

Cook the eggs using the scramble method (fry, stirring constantly), add salt and pepper. Take some pita bread. Place lettuce leaves, ham and ready eggs. Roll into a tube, bending the ends, and cut in half slightly diagonally.

Cooking method:

Cooking method:

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the egg. At the same time, place the beans (both red and white will do) in a microwave-safe bowl, mix with mustard, and heat for one to two minutes.
