How to cook a loaf with delicious filling, tasty and fast - 6 recipes with photos for your beloved readers

I deliberately did not indicate the dose next to each ingredient - it all depends on your preferences. Let's say you only want to have a fishy taste. There is nothing to do - let's open the cans. But before that, let's prepare a loaf! You need to cut the loaf lengthwise, carefully make a container out of its crusts, remove the pulp and tear it into small pieces.

Step 1. Cut the loaf lengthwise, remove the pulp and tear it into small pieces

Well, let's get back to canned food in oil or in tomato - to your taste. Pour everything into a plate (with or without butter). Mash well with a fork. Although the degree of kneading depends on the design. In short, the task is simple - send the canned food to the pulp. All this must be mixed, soaking the crumb with fish (here you can add a little mayonnaise or sour cream).

Step 2. Mash the canned food with a fork and mix with the pulp of the loaf

Boil the eggs hard. Let’s cool it, although it’s better if this preparation is already in your supplies. Grind and cool the eggs. To what extent? Again, it depends on the intent. If there are also vegetables, you can chop them into cubes.

Step 3. Finely chop the hard-boiled egg

Well, now let's imagine. You can only stuff a loaf with this fish mass with pulp. This is the simplest option. Let's add some vegetables here! We will cut what is bright, healthy, and tasty. These are bell peppers, herbs and tomatoes. Combine all the ingredients, season the mixture with mayonnaise, and stuff the loaf. After half an hour in the refrigerator, it can be cut. Look how beautiful it turned out!

Step 4. Chop the vegetables, combine everything and stuff the loaf

Is there any left? It would be a shame to throw it away. What to think of? Let's stuff the loaf with it! She will be bored there alone, so we will cut all the vegetables that you love or that you currently have on hand in the same format. Yes, most often there are cucumbers, sweet peppers and tomatoes. We will cut the fish into slices, and we will cut the vegetables and boiled eggs in the same way. Lubricate the inside of the loaf and each layer of this unique minced meat with mayonnaise. Stuff and cut.

Step 5. Variety of filling: lightly salted fish, egg, vegetables and mayonnaise

We always have plenty of scraps of various sausages. And there is always a use for them if you need something like this - a quick snack at home or at work. First, we’ll chop finely and more of different vegetables, so that the set will be more fun. Let's say tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and other vegetables.

Step 6. You can mix chopped vegetables with the leftover sausage.

Stir the mixture into which you can add thin slices of leeks, some boiled eggs and a variety of herbs, say, dill, parsley, green onions and others. There is no need to add salt, because we will season it all with mayonnaise, plus we will add thin strips of smoked or other types of sausages. Let's pepper everything, season the loaf from which the crumb has been taken out!

Step 7. Add leeks, eggs, any herbs and mayonnaise

Herring is what we also often have in the form of small pieces. They can be used too! The main thing is to find them a fun company. Well, you and I already know that these are colorful vegetables and boiled eggs. Fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet peppers, and plenty of greens go well here. Mix everything with mayonnaise, pepper and fill the loaf, which after standing in the refrigerator for half an hour can be safely cut into pieces.

Step 8. Herring, colorful vegetables and boiled eggs

Don't want to make the filling with mayonnaise? No problem! For example, if you are making the filling from the same sprats, drain the butter. Having chopped eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers with herbs as minced meat, pepper it all and, pour it with this oil, cut it. It will be even tastier and juicier!

Step 9. Change the taste: sprat oil, vegetables, egg

Do you have some minced meat left? Remember the loaf! More precisely, that it will be a delicious filling for him. Just pick something else like that. We remember that there should be something bright in this mass, because then the dish will look more appetizing. So, to the minced meat (say, ground from a piece of boiled meat), add the same eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes, more greens, season with, for example, yogurt, pepper everything and stuff the loaf.

Step 10. Minced meat, egg, vegetables and yogurt
  • It is advisable to take a loaf that is close to stale.
  • The pulp must be removed carefully so that the remaining crusts do not fall apart during stuffing.
  • To make the stuffed loaf easy to cut, be sure to put it in the refrigerator.
  • You need to cut the loaf along and not all the way to the opposite wall.
  • It is always better to moisten the mass with something, then the loaf will be tastier and juicier.
  • If you add grated cheese, then heated in the microwave or in the oven, the loaf will be simply luxurious and satisfying.
  • You can endlessly, right down to leftover porridge, mashed potatoes, etc.

Stuffed loaf with herring is a delicious and original quick appetizer that is perfect for a holiday table or a hearty breakfast. You can take it with you on a picnic, to the country house, as well as to work or on the road as a snack. The stuffed loaf looks beautiful when cut and holds its shape well; it is usually cut into 20-22 slices, so you get quite a lot of tasty and complete sandwiches. To prepare this snack, take a sliced loaf; it has a denser crumb, unlike an airy baguette, otherwise there may not be enough filling. For the filling we will need the following ingredients: herring fillet, butter, processed cheese, chicken eggs, boiled carrots and some fresh herbs. This filling tastes similar to false caviar made from herring and carrots - a very tasty miracle spread for sandwiches.

  • Sliced loaf – 1 piece
  • Salted herring – 1 piece
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Processed cheese – 90 g
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots (medium) – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – 30 g
  • Dill greens – 20 g
  • Salt to taste

How to cook stuffed loaf with herring

First, boil the carrots and chicken eggs. Wash the carrots thoroughly, put them in a saucepan with boiling water (do not add salt to the water) and cook over low heat for 20 minutes until tender.
We also wash the chicken eggs and place them in a saucepan with cold salted water so that during cooking the shells do not crack and the whites do not leak out. We put the eggs to boil hard - this is 7-8 minutes from the moment of boiling over medium heat.
Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients. Cut the loaf crosswise into two halves and remove all the crumb. To do this, cut out the same distance in a circle with a sharp knife, about 1.5 centimeters from the edge, remove the crumb with your hands and place it in a bowl. We cut it out again... and so we take out the crumb along the entire length. Try not to cut through the crust of the loaf, but if you do, it's okay.
Tip: To prepare this snack, it is better to take a non-fresh loaf, let it lie in a bag for a day. And also, take a sliced loaf (it has a denser structure), and not an airy baguette, otherwise there may not be enough filling.

Then use your hands to break the loaf crumb into small pieces.

Wash the green onions, dry with a paper towel and cut into thin rings.

We also wash a small bunch of fresh dill, dry it and chop it finely. You can take any greens, for example, parsley, I only had dill.

Place the chopped greens in a bowl with pieces of loaf and mix.

Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the loaf crumb mixed with chopped herbs. The butter should be at room temperature and soft, so take it out of the refrigerator in advance.

Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater. You can take any cheese you like, and it’s better if it’s hard, not pasty, so that it’s easy to grate it. And soft cheese can first be placed in the freezer for a few minutes.

Cool the boiled eggs in cold water, peel them and grate them on a coarse grater.

The carrots are already cooked. We check readiness with a knife; it should gently enter the carrot. Then cool it, remove the thin skin and grate it on a coarse grater.

Now fillet the herring. Of course, you can buy ready-made fillets in the store to reduce the preparation time for the snack. But personally, I prefer to use a whole herring carcass, it is more tasty than fillet. In fact, filleting herring does not take much time, you just need to know some small details. So, we cut off the head of the herring, it is better to do it with an oblique cut, this way all the pulp is removed from it. Then we cut the lower belly, remove the entrails and dark film, remove the skin, starting from the head, and remove the fin. Now we divide the herring into two halves with our hands, carefully separating the fillet from the ridge with the rib bones. All that remains is to clean the fillet from small bones. It is convenient to do this with special tweezers, or simply carefully remove all the seeds with your fingers.
Cut the herring fillet into thin strips, and then into small pieces and add to the total mass.

Mix everything well and taste it; you can add a little salt to the filling, taking into account the degree of salinity of the herring.

Our filling is ready, it turned out very tasty and has the right consistency, not dry, so there is no need to add mayonnaise here to prevent the loaf from getting soft. Now we stuff the halves of the loaf with the prepared filling, compacting it well with a spoon.

We connect both halves to form a whole loaf again and wrap it in cling film. Place the stuffed loaf in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight if you are preparing it in the evening.

Before serving, remove our stuffed loaf with herring from the refrigerator and cut it with a sharp knife into slices approximately 1.5 centimeters thick. This makes about 20 complete, tasty and filling sandwiches; they look appetizing and hold their shape well. I recommend to everyone!

Bon appetit!

Just recently I discovered an amazing recipe, very tasty and simple, which is easy to prepare and looks simply amazing. We are talking about a stuffed loaf with filling, which is baked in the oven. The first time I tried it was with a friend, when I ran to her after work on some urgent matter. I was very hungry, and my friend decided to feed me by whipping up this dish right in front of my eyes. I really liked what happened, and I adopted this recipe for myself. Now I cook it often: because it is satisfying and nutritious, but at the same time simple and quick. Of course, this dish is best eaten immediately while it is hot. But if necessary, you can either eat it cold or heat it in the microwave. So if you need a satisfying snack at work or need to take something with you on the road, then this recipe will certainly help you out. And one moment. You can change the composition of the filling at your discretion by adding or subtracting ingredients, changing them as you want or depending on what you have in the refrigerator.
The stuffed loaf is baked in the oven, and quite quickly. How and what you need to do to prepare this dish, see the step-by-step recipe with photos.
Ingredients:

- 1 loaf;
- 150-200 grams of boiled chicken fillet;
- 150-200 grams of smoked ham;
- 1 tomato;
- 100 grams of hard cheese;
- vegetable oil for lubricating the mold.

Recipe with photos step by step:

Let's start with the main thing - the basis of our dish. As you understand, we are talking about a loaf. Yes, yes, a completely simple, ordinary loaf. If you have a large company, then it will be just enough for everyone. If you are cooking for 2-3 people, then I advise you to take a mini-loaf and proportionally halve all other ingredients. You can buy a loaf, or you can .

We cut the loaf into 2 parts lengthwise, as you see in the photo. It turns out the lower part and the top. We will need exactly the lower part.

Using a knife, carefully remove the crumb from the bottom. It turns out we have a kind of boat. In which we will place the filling. We will no longer use the crumb itself, which we took out, as well as the top of the loaf for this recipe. You can set them aside and add them, for example, to minced cutlets.

Well, now let's get straight to the filling. Actually, it can be anything you like. You can make it from mushrooms, or from vegetables. But this time I wanted something filling, so I took ham and chicken. Cut the ham into small cubes.

We do the same with boiled chicken fillet.

We also cut the tomato into cubes. If you have a juicy tomato, that’s good: it means the filling will be juicy. The most important. so that the tomato is tasty and ripe.

Grate hard cheese.

In a separate container we put the chicken fillet, ham, tomato and about 2/3 of the total amount of grated cheese. Mix.

Grease the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil. Place the filling into the loaf and place it in the mold. As you remember, we still have some grated cheese left. We sprinkle it on top of the stuffed loaf.

And we send the form with the loaf to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. We have all the ingredients ready. Therefore, we just need to wait until the cheese melts. This will happen quite quickly: after 10-15 minutes you will be able to remove the loaf from the oven. Do not leave it there too long, otherwise the loaf itself will become hard and it will be inconvenient to eat.

Remove the loaf from the mold, cut into portions and serve immediately while it is still hot.

This is a great option for a hearty breakfast or lunch that you can take with you and heat up in the office in the microwave.
