First, we soak the component for a couple of hours, put it in a colander and spread it in a thin layer on the bottom of a suitable bowl. The composition will turn out soft and crumbly if you first set the timer for 40 minutes, hold it all this time, let the rice “breathe” for a couple of minutes and put it on for another 10 minutes. The component prepared in this way can be used to prepare a variety of dishes. If it goes to a side dish, then add salt, herbs and a little vegetable oil to it.
