You can do otherwise, remove the berries from the bunches, sort them by size, small ones separately from large ones, and place each fraction separately on a baking sheet, any flat surface, previously lined with paper (parchment). 4. The grapes are dried for 20 - 30 days, depending on the weather. It is recommended to place the pallets under a canopy at night to avoid rain. Stir the berries periodically to dry evenly.

Drying grapes in the shade

Preparation:

Preparation:

1. Blanch the grapes in a soda solution and cool in cold water to stop the cooking process.
