  4. Grate boiled and peeled potatoes on a coarse grater. Three egg yolks on a fine grater, do the same with the cheese.
  5. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise with garlic, passed through a press, salt and spices (I took ground black pepper).
  6. Cut the prunes into strips.
  7. Boiled or baked in the oven, then grate the peeled beets on a coarse grater.
  8. Chop the greens (I used parsley). You can take dill or other herbs, depending on your taste.
  9. We take a large dish and lay out all the products we have prepared in layers, greasing them with a little mayonnaise. It is advisable to divide all the products into two parts and lay out several layers, but remember that each subsequent one should be slightly smaller than the previous one. To make the salad less fatty and use less mayonnaise, you can mix some drier foods, such as potatoes, with mayonnaise in advance. Our first layer will be potatoes.

  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;

  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • walnuts – 1 tbsp.;

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 200 g;
  • potatoes – 3 pcs.;

  • walnuts – 100 g;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • pomegranate, peas, corn - for decoration;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • mayonnaise – 350 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots. Peel and rub.
  2. Boil the chicken, cut into small slices.
  3. Grind the nuts using a blender.
  4. Grate the cheese and cucumbers too.

  • crab sticks – 100 g;
  • squid – 150 g;
  • shrimp – 300 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise – 200 g;
  • pomegranate - for decoration;
  • cheese – 100 g.

Cooking method:

  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • greens - to taste;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • walnuts – 100 g;
  • salt pepper;
  • raisins – 50 g;
  • cranberries – 50 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Beets, carrots, and eggs must be boiled. Then grind them using a grater.
  2. Grind the nuts in a blender.
  3. Crush the garlic with a press, mix with egg, grated cheese, sour cream.
  4. Mix grated beets with chopped nuts, adding olive oil.
