We drain the juice from pineapples - it will be possible to make an excellent dessert from it. Pineapple cut into small slices or cubes.

We offer a salad recipe with chicken (smoked) and pineapple. Such a salad will be a great key on any table: be it a holiday or a weekday. This salad can also be laid out in layers, but be sure to smear each layer. The sequence of layers can be changed, so the taste will change a little, and everyone will think that you have prepared a new delicious salad with pineapple and smoked chicken.

  • Smoked chicken leg - 1 piece
  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Cheese - 170 gr
  • Dill - 5-6 sprigs
  • Corn - 1 can
  • Canned pineapples - 0.5 cans

First you need to boil the eggs, drain the liquid from the canned food, rinse the dill. At the leg, separate the skin and bones from the meat.

Cool the eggs, peel and cut into small cubes.

Pour the corn into a salad bowl with the egg.

Divide the dill into twigs and cut off thick “sticks”. Grind the "fluffy" part and into a salad bowl.

Pineapples can be taken in slices or slices. Cut each piece into quarters. Send to salad bowl. You don’t need to add a lot of pineapples, the taste will interrupt a lot, and a little will add spice to the salad.

Cut the meat into small pieces. Try not to take the skin and smoked parts of the meat, the tender part of the fillet is better.

Cheese to take hard or slightly soft. Use cheese on a coarse grater. Can be rubbed directly into a salad bowl.

Dress salad with mayonnaise or sour cream. Salt is not necessary, the meat and cheese are already salty. Mix and distribute among salad bowls.

Salad of smoked chicken, pineapple and cheese - insanely delicious. The salad is quite satisfying, but thanks to the pineapple, it acquires some kind of lightness. I served it on pineapple rings as a festive appetizer. But you can cut the pineapple right into the bowl with the other ingredients and the salad tastes amazing.

  • 150 g smoked chicken;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 garlic cloves (optional)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs;
  • salt and ground pepper - to taste;
