The authorities, in turn, claim that they are the solution to the problem. The governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov, even promised to send ten-year-old Tanya Lozova, who became famous by showing him an intimidating gesture during a rally in Volokolamsk, to the Netherlands. Together with her parents, she will see how waste processing plants work.

The problem with garbage in Moscow, in the Moscow region, and in the whole country is that no one has been doing this for the last 20 years. New landfills were simply created, Moscow brought everything to the Moscow region, no new technological solutions were taken. At the beginning of the 2000s, Luzhkov already had plans to build a network of waste incineration plants around Moscow. Then we managed to defend it.
On the other hand, nothing has been done to recycle it. In fact, this problem was simply pushed aside. The idea of incineration is now being promoted because it will solve the problem quickly, but at what cost? At the cost of our health, the health of our children and the destruction of all life around.
What is now being imposed on us in Moscow and the Moscow region is a production technology that has spent its time, which is no longer used in Europe.
They don't even produce filters for them anymore. You must either order Chinese ones, or use old ones at your own risk.
I got into the topic of garbage 20 years ago, when I worked as a journalist and wrote about the situation. Now, having returned to it by accident, because I also live in the East and can’t stand it anymore, I’ll say: nothing has changed in 20 years.
Back then there were excellent Russian and foreign technologies for composting, sorting and processing waste, and now even better technologies have appeared. Everything is ready for implementation, but there is a certain lobby for maintaining the current situation, because it is simply profitable. There are these testing grounds that bring a lot of money to certain people. Essentially, we just transport garbage there, and nothing is done, money comes out of thin air, and there are people who lobby for waste incineration plants.

And processing needs to be done. This is a business, it is profitable, but not right away. It takes time to implement, develop, build, and start using it. What we are calling for is a gradual transition to separate collection, sorting and recycling of waste.
It is clear that we cannot do without burning and recycling tailings, what is not recycled, or toxic ash that is formed one way or another. But you can burn 90% of the garbage, or you can burn 10-15%, as happens in European countries.
The harm of waste incineration plants, in short, is that a large amount of harmful substances enters the atmosphere. It is clear that the garbage contains a lot of plastic, substances containing formaldehyde, and other compounds, not all of which are captured by filters.
There is a certain combustion technology that reaches a temperature of 1200 degrees, and then it is possible to neutralize these harmful substances. But since we burn unsorted garbage, the technology does not work. Take your household trash bag and see what's in there. There will be a lot of organic matter: cleaning products, spoiled products. This is what makes the garbage wet.
Wet garbage burns poorly, the temperature drops, and because of this technology is not followed. Our experts who visited the plant said that they burn garbage there at temperatures below 800-900 degrees. This is not enough to neutralize harmful substances.
The most harmful thing that a waste incineration plant produces is dioxin. It has neither color nor smell, we don’t feel it, but it is what settles on the soil, gets into the water, gets into the lungs, leads to cancer, amputations, and decreased immunity.
All this is not new at all, it was studied many years ago, so many countries have moved away from combustion technology, but in our country it is still presented as something innovative. Moreover, the authorities manipulate information and very often say that thermal waste processing complexes will be installed, but if you dig deeper, it will be obvious that this is still incineration and nothing else.
The Moscow region authorities willingly come to meetings and gatherings, but they report that everything is fine, that the number of emissions and complaints from the population is decreasing. They admit that there is a problem and offer their solution - the construction of waste incineration plants.

Why do I think that things could be more complicated in Volokolamsk? In response to public unrest, the authorities may propose to build a waste incineration plant instead of a landfill, and the people, unknowingly, may take this as a solution to the problem. Popular unrest will be used as a reason to accelerate the construction of waste incineration plants.
Now the territorial scheme of four more waste incineration plants in the Moscow region is being adopted without discussion, without public participation in non-transparent ways. This is all our dysfunctional Eastern and South-Eastern regions. It is clear that they will not be built in the West and North-West, where the people who make these decisions live.
The “garbage” question concerns everyone
I understand the protesters very well. Although we did not have such a strong release as, for example, in Volokolamsk, we are also poisoned in the East. We have already learned to distinguish odors: sometimes it is clearly Kuchino, sometimes odors mixed with burning, chemicals - then we sin at waste incineration plant No. 4, which we operate here, near the Nekrasovka district.
People who live next to it periodically see multi-colored smoke. This indicates that waste of various hazard classes is burned, including medical waste, if pink smoke occurs, which is generally unacceptable. New houses in Nekrasovka and neighboring areas are being built in violation of all standards in the sanitary zone of this plant, in close proximity to it.
Groups of experts constantly visit it, but formal checks yield nothing. They know about the checks in advance, of course, everything is blocked there. The Mosekomonitoring website has launched and does not show excesses. Literally two days ago, in all our districts, both in Izmailovo and Sokolniki, everything was covered in this stench, and the Mosekomonitoring website did not show any excesses. At least for hydrogen sulfide they definitely should have been there.
Just because you live in the central regions of Moscow does not mean that this does not concern you. Maybe our incineration plant or Kuchino won’t make it. But there are points in the center.
There is this Shanghai in the South-West of Moscow, where garbage is simply burned in garages, on the ground, without any factories or filters. Everyone knows about this, but for some reason they haven’t done anything yet. There are many illegal dumps. The more landfills are closed, the more illegal dumps are created. The trash needs to go somewhere.

Chemtrails are a new phenomenon that is being observed all over the world. 1. Prohibit transit flights of US and NATO air transport through Ukrainian airspace. Determine airfields for landing and inspection of such aircraft (it all started with the permission of the Verkhovna Rada to fly these aircraft through our territory).
2. If aerosol spray equipment is found on board an aircraft, draw up an appropriate report and dismantle the equipment. Force airlines to pay large fines.
3. Create an agency responsible for environmental protection and atmospheric control, to which citizens could contact with facts of violations, and equip it with the appropriate apparatus and equipment.
4. Raise your head more often and look at the sky - what is happening above your head! If you see chemtrails in your city, try to photograph them or film them on a video camera. Then send it via the Internet, (call) the authorities of the city, country and security services of the country and city, contact public and environmental organizations, write to newspapers. It is advisable for the victims to:
1. take photographs of chemtrails;

3. Monitor the dynamics of pathologies in areas where chemical trails are sprayed.
4. Document any negative changes in the health status of both yourself and your family and friends.
5. Activate the results of analyzes and publish them wherever possible.
6 I suggest that all victims write to the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers, the President, who authorized the spraying of chemical trails over the territory of Ukraine (preferably by regular mail).

Moreover, the attack comes from all sides: here are undeclared GMOs, and hormones with antibiotics that are fed to livestock, and water injections to increase weight, and banal mold due to long or improper storage... Any professional in the meat business will add dozens more dangers. But we are only talking about natural meat - it is even easier to chemicalize sausages in the most literal sense of the word, as well as with dairy products. Russia is constantly increasing its imports of palm oil, do you think it’s all used for margarines and spreads?
Mass poisonings in children's institutions are no longer a rarity; ordinary consumers are increasingly discovering something frankly inedible in spectacular packaging - it is clear that such a situation cannot go unnoticed by the government. Who are the judges?
In general, we have a problem with state quality control. And where the state leaves a vacuum, interesting private traders immediately appear. There is, for example, such an amazing three-headed organization (in the formats of JSC, NP, ROO) - Roskontrol, where “Ros” turns out to be an abbreviation and stands for three ways at once: “Governing body of the system”, “Regional organization of the system” and “Regional public system”. They really like to control the quality of everything they can get their hands on, but there are serious suspicions that this work is done more in the interests of individual organizations than consumers.
But where are the guarantees that the same three-headed state monster of Rosselkhoznadzor, Rospotrebnadzor and Roskachestvo will be more objective? Where is the guarantee that the Roskachestvo list will be compiled impartially? We ourselves could not understand whether we had doped or not, would the “sausage” investigation be more successful? And the main question is what will happen next? Now we find all sorts of nasty things in products, and what next? What will the consumer get from this?
Will they go into reserves?
A leading expert in the field of the meat industry, a butcher with 30 years of experience, Boris Ryabinkin, commented on the situation to Constantinople in an unusually sad voice:
Today, a lot of workshops are closing, for example, due to inconsistencies in the growth of VAT and trade agreements, as well as for other reasons. Therefore, now there will be a lot of counterfeit products, especially natural meat and sausages. Prices for raw materials have risen, but retail chains are not going to raise purchasing prices. So it turned out to be a blow to the shop workers, and this is not good for the quality of the products. It is almost impossible to produce normal quality with current purchasing prices - somewhere you have to get smart with something, especially in the meat industry. Miratorg, for example, depends on itself; they won’t have much of a drop in quality, because they have their own distribution network. And the rest, especially small workshops and farms, suppliers of dumplings and sausages are now suffering, there is a huge crisis there. I personally know five farms in the Moscow region that are no longer operating, waiting for prices to settle down. And new inspections will lead to fines and the closure of dozens more farms. Yes, state reserves and military reserves, where meat has been stored for five to ten years, will be uncorked, but this too can hardly be called a high-quality product.

It's time to negotiate seriously
The reserve of maintaining the price level, formed “thanks” to the economic blow of 2015, has ended. Manufacturers are unanimous in their opinion: the dictates of retail chains with rising taxes (okay, VAT, look what’s happening with property taxes!) simply forces them, so to speak, to “maneuver.” Or leave the market altogether. That is, flogging for quality without changes in legislation - more precisely, without rolling back a number of changes - will not lead to anything other than the disappearance of products from shelves. And here the question arises about the mutual obligations of the state and business.

Paying taxes, including perhaps the most important among them, value added tax, is an investment in public administration. And we see that now this is an extremely risky, weak investment that does not bring any return. There is no politics - the purely economic confrontation between the state and society is constantly growing. The more the government demands compliance with its own daily changing laws, the more aggressive the reaction of society and, of course, business as a part of society. The desire to minimize these ineffective investments in one way or another, to pass off gray as white, to save on taxes, contributions, ingredients, and production processes will only increase, since the state’s appetites are growing, but its efficiency is not.

Checks are needed. You can't poison people. But you can’t force manufacturers to use chemicals either. While almost all the profits are taken by the intermediary in the form of monopolized trade (you all know the names of these six or seven networks), there is no need to talk about quality products in Russia. No matter how hard Rosselkhoznadzor, Rospotrebnadzor, Roskachestvo and even, God forgive me, Roskontrol try.
Every time you look at the sky, you see traces of flying planes in it. Sometimes they disappear almost immediately, and sometimes they remain visible for hours, intersecting and forming a whole web.
But the appearance of visible traces from an airplane, the so-called contrail, can only occur under certain atmospheric conditions: “Flight altitude: above 8 km, ambient temperature: below -40°C, ambient humidity: 70%. And most importantly, the contrail disappears within 1-5 minutes.
Then what kind of traces do some planes leave behind that remain in the sky for 3 to 10 hours?
And these are not the usual condensation trails that jet engines leave at high altitudes, but signs of some kind of chemical aerosol being sprayed into the air, and these traces are called chemtrails.
So remember - the main difference between chemtrails (spraying) is from a regular contrail behind a con-trail airplane: the trail from a regular airplane immediately dissolves and leaves no trace in the sky, the trail from the spraying of CHEMTRAIL poisons is visible in the sky for a long time.
What to do if you see such chemtrails in your sky? Alas, nothing. All you can do is just relax and try to enjoy the part of life that you still have left. Since the plans of the World Government include the destruction of as many ordinary people of the planet as possible by 2050.
And one of the main ways to implement these plans is chemtrails, with the help of which highly toxic barium compounds are dispersed into the atmosphere of our planet. In addition, some other pesticides and viruses developed in special laboratories are also sprayed.
In addition to the far-reaching plans of the World Government to reduce the population of the planet, such dispersals are also a carefully concealed large-scale military operation that achieves other, no less important goals.
For example, chemtrails, by spraying pesticides, contribute to the destruction of private dacha harvests, which from year to year are getting worse and worse than they are forced to purchase from global retail chains, whose monopolies have huge arrays of greenhouses and consistently good harvests.
In addition to the fact that in this way monopolists have the opportunity to dictate their pricing policy and increase their capital, they also supply the population with GMO products, which also lead to a numerical reduction in the world's population. Or did you think that the entire agriculture of the planet was simply transferred to GMO seeds resistant to aluminum? No! Plus, TNCs earned enormous money from the supply of such seeds, and the peasants, who did not have money for such seeds, went bankrupt.
So what is contained in the tanks on board airplanes that leave wide traces, gradually making the sky above your head cloudy and acquiring strange colors?
For obvious reasons, it is impossible to accurately answer this question, but people who have been studying this topic for several years suggest the following list:

9) enterobacteria: E.Coli; salmonella; including pathogens of bubonic plague and yersiniosis;
10) Enterobacter Cloacae (urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, bacteremia);
11) Serratia Marcscens (conjunctivitis, keratitis, endophthalmitis, tear duct infections, respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal tract infections (GIT));
12) Zn, Cd, S (cause cancer, malignant melanoma, cellular mutation, infertility);
13) human leukocytes (used in research laboratories for cutting and combining DNA);
14) other bacilli and poisonous types of mold (heart disease, meningitis, acute respiratory infections and gastrointestinal diseases);
15) insects of unknown etymology...
I will add to this list ethylene dibromide, barium and iron sulfates, mycoplasma, mentioned by European experts studying this problem, as well as tiny nanorobots that penetrate the human body, grow in it and cause the so-called “Morgellons disease”, “the plague of the 21st century”.

The former head of the FBI also had to carefully examine and calculate approximately 2 locations, judging by which there were planes that sprayed this chemical preparation. He was able to personally inspect these aircraft, one of which still stands in the state of Nebraska - in Lincoln, and the second - in the same state, on the territory of the National Defense, that is, the territory of the American military forces. As you know, there are absolutely no markings on them, and they look like huge bomber-type planes without any number plates.
Undoubtedly, this is a crime, first of all, against all humanity. A crime against all of America. A crime against its citizens. And this needs to be stopped. Henderson asks one important question: “Where is Congress looking at this time?” Because it directly affects “their” population, “their” people, “their” comrades, “their” relatives, and of course, themselves.
