1. Finely chop the greens. Salt, add 200 grams of sour cream and a little kefir.

Now cut all the products into small cubes. Let's take a larger pan, I had a 6-liter pan, so it will be more convenient to mix and control the thickness of the okroshka.

Fill with kefir. You can dilute with mineral water, add one part of mineral water to about 3 parts of kefir. Pour in the liquid gradually, adjusting the thickness of the okroshka to your taste.

Salt to taste. Wash the greens and chop finely. Dill and green onions are great, but if you have your own favorite herb, feel free to use that too.

Note! If you don't find enough acid from kefir, add a little citric acid, but be careful not to overdo it. You shouldn’t add it to the pan, it’s better to immediately put it on your plate, otherwise the okroshka will quickly turn sour.
