And it was just such a pasta - simple, but grandiose.

But I have eaten perfectly cooked pasta more than once - and you probably will too. I even cooked it more than once - as you probably did, what's so complicated about it.

At lunch at Vespasia, there were many other perfectly prepared dishes - it’s not for nothing that the restaurant has a Michelin star. Appetizer in the form of lentil soup with parmesan. Thinly fried thymus with walnut sauce that added sweetness to it. Spelled pappardelle with a stew of muscular but soft boar. Tomato sorbet, which clearly showed that tomatoes are actually sweet berries. And all these were the best dishes in the world - because any dish properly prepared can rightfully be called that. The way the one who prepares it conceived it.

There are millions, hundreds of millions, billions of the best dishes in the world.
