Ingredients

  • 1-2 eggs, depending on their size;
  • 60 g granulated sugar (the amount of sugar can be changed according to your own taste);
  • 100 g butter (can be easily replaced with butter margarine);
  • 1.5 cups wheat flour(2-3 tbsp can be replaced with rye peeled flour, then the cookies will turn out more useful);
  • 1-2 tbsp. cocoa powder;
  • 1-2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 apple;
  • 1 tsp baking powder (can be replaced with 0.3 tsp baking soda mixed with citric acid on the tip of the knife);
  • a pinch of salt to make the cookies taste more expressive

2. Rub the butter (margarine) into the dry mixture, constantly stirring the accumulated shavings into the flour to prevent them from clumping together. You can use melted margarine to knead the dough.
