Pie with jam is prepared on a quick fix, but makes everyone in the household happy. The simplicity of the ingredients and the speed of preparation made it a favorite dish from the “guests on the doorstep” series. There are many cooking variations. We present proven homemade baking recipes.

Classic grated pie with jam

The pie can be made from any jam, but the combination of delicate crumbly jam is still considered a classic. shortcrust pastry and sweet and sour filling. This pie will not be cloying and will leave a pleasant aftertaste. Apple, apricot, plum, pitted cherry and even currant are suitable for the recipe if you like piquant and sour notes. You can replace the jam with any jam or confiture: the pie will only benefit from it.

For the grated pie, prepare:

  • a pack of butter – 200 g;
  • granulated sugar - a glass without a slide;
  • flour – 3-4 cups;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a glass of jam or jam;
  • a packet of vanillin;
  • tsp baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt.

The butter should be soft and pliable - we will grind it with sugar until it has a smooth, creamy consistency. Then to butter cream add vanilla and eggs, previously beaten into a light foam. Stir in the flour, you can sift it through a sieve - the dough will be saturated with air, it will become crumbly and airy. Don't forget to add baking powder to the flour. Knead the dough until it turns into a smooth elastic ball with a glossy shine. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts.

Roll one out and place it in the mold. We sculpt sides with a height of 1-2 cm with our hands. Add more flour to the smaller part of the dough - you should get a solid lump that we will rub. Pour jam onto the rolled out dough and distribute it evenly over the entire surface. Take a grater and rub the second lump directly onto the jam. The crumbs should cover the jam in an even layer. Place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crumb top is golden.

The finished pie needs to “catch its breath” a little, and then it is cut into neat diamonds or squares. Serve sprinkled powdered sugar. The ideal accompaniment for the pie is fruit drink, cold milk or warm tea with ginger or oregano.

Made from shortcrust pastry with crumbs on top

Ready shortbread dough easy to buy. It stores well in the refrigerator without losing its taste qualities. If you receive a call and there is nothing to treat you with, urgently defrost the dough and bake a pie.

We will need:

  • 500 g of ready-made shortcrust pastry;
  • a piece of butter to lubricate the mold;
  • a glass of any jam.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out the larger one, place it on the bottom of the mold (previously greased with butter), sculpt sides with your fingers 1-2 cm high. Pour the jam onto the dough, level it into a neat layer. The second part of the test for three coarse grater straight to the jam. It is not necessary to make a dense cap of crumbs: let the jam show through slightly. This way the pie will come out more beautiful and juicier.

Bake the pie in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees until the crumbs are browned (usually 15 minutes is enough). Serve with vanilla ice cream. We treat guests to tea, dried fruit compote or berry mousse.

Quick pie with jam

You can prepare it even in half an hour the most delicate pie, tastes like a biscuit. Recipe requires minimum costs, but the output is tasty treat with sweet and sour filling.

Let's prepare:

  • a glass of milk;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 50 ml vegetable oil;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • 2-3 cups flour;
  • vanillin - sachet;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp.

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam. The grains should completely dissolve, the mass should become white and fluffy. Add vanillin to the eggs and vegetable oil, adding it in a thin stream. Now it's time to carefully pour the glass warm milk. You will get a mixture with bubbles inside, to which we will add flour and baking powder. We'll add just enough flour so that the dough is a little thicker than sour cream, but you can't make it dense.

Drain the liquid jam through a colander to drain off the excess syrup.

Pour half the dough onto oiled baking parchment and fill with a glass of jam. Add the rest of the dough. It should completely cover the filling. The dough will be quite thick, so you can carefully level it with a tablespoon over the entire surface. Place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 7 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 160 degrees and cook for another 40 minutes.

Adore homemade cakes piping hot! Fortunately, now any housewife, even without experience, can prepare delicious and beautiful pie to drinking tea at home without much difficulty, thanks to the ability to buy already ready dough in the supermarket and don’t waste time preparing it.

Pie with raspberry jam - the most aromatic pie!! The set of products is minimal, the result is stunningly beautiful and tasty. Today I will offer you my version of a pie in the shape of a sun flower.

Line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat. Puff pastry defrost first. Cut out two identical circles from a layer of dough. Place one circle of dough on a baking sheet.

Spread the raspberry jam evenly onto the circle of dough. Try to leave a little space around the edges without jam.

IMPORTANT: if your jam has a runny consistency, add 1 tbsp. starch to thicken it a little.

Cover the jam circle with the second circle of dough.

Place a small glass or shot glass in the center of the circle.

We make even cuts around the dough circle, cutting it to a glass, as shown in the photo.

Now carefully twist each strip 3 times in one direction. We repeat the procedure with all strips.

IMPORTANT: twist and lay out the strips in ONE direction.

We remove the glass. Gently brush the dough with milk using a silicone brush, try not to touch the jam with the brush.

Sprinkle the top of the pie with sugar. You can sprinkle or decorate the top of the pie with nuts, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, at your discretion.

We send the baking sheet with raspberry pie into an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.

Transfer the finished pie with raspberry jam to a plate.

Let's cook aromatic tea and serve it with the pie, fortunately you don’t need to cut the pie, just tear off a strip of the pie and enjoy the taste!

First of all, let's prepare the dough for the pie.
Heat the milk until warm, add 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and dissolve dry yeast in it.
Mix everything thoroughly and leave the yeast to swell for 10 minutes.

While the yeast is preparing, sift the flour into a deep bowl and add salt.
Pour the yeast diluted in milk into the flour, add the remaining granulated sugar and vegetable oil.
Mix everything well and knead the dough.


The consistency of the dough is soft and elastic.
Leave the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
During this time it will rise.


After time, divide the dough into two unequal parts. Most of the main part will go directly to forming the base for the pie, and the smaller part will be used to decorate it.
Using a rolling pin, roll out most of the dough into a layer slightly larger than your baking dish, leaving the edges to form sides.
To prevent the dough from sticking to the table while rolling, the latter can be covered with baking parchment or sprinkled with a little flour.
Then we make the decoration for the pie. The decoration was made in the form of thin stripes using a rolling pin and a knife.
Next, take a baking dish and place a layer of dough into it.
We wrap the edges around the perimeter of the pan, forming the sides of the pie so that the filling does not leak out.
Then spread raspberry jam on the dough, distributing it evenly over the entire surface of the dough.


We decorate the top of the pie with strips of dough, gluing each strip along the edges of the pie.
To make the strips stick better, they can be slightly moistened with cold water.
The preparation for the raspberry jam pie is ready.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the pie in it for 20 minutes.
During this time, the dough will bake and brown.


The total cooking time for the pie was 2 hours. Of it, my time is no more than half an hour.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 500 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • granulated sugar – 200 g;
  • baking powder – 12 g;
  • butter– 200 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • raspberry jam – 250 ml;

Preparation

Grind soft butter with sugar, add beaten eggs, sifted flour combined with salt and baking powder and knead quick dough. We divide it into two unequal parts. Place the smaller half in the freezer, wrapped cling film. Distribute most of it in oiled springform for baking, not forgetting to form the sides, and place in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

After the time has passed, take out the mold with the frozen dough and spread the raspberry jam. Now take a smaller piece of dough from freezer and three on a grater, distributing the shavings evenly over the jam. Bake until done in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about thirty to forty minutes.

Let the finished pie with raspberry jam cool completely, remove from the mold, divide into pieces and serve.

Grated pie with raspberry jam in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • flour - 2 large glasses;
  • granulated sugar - 1/2 large glass;
  • butter or margarine – 200 g;
  • baking powder – 12 g;
  • raspberry jam for filling.

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the sifted flour with granulated sugar, add grated mixture and knead until coarse crumbs are obtained.

Coat the multicooker bowl generously with margarine or butter, spread two-thirds of the mixture grated dough and level it well, forming small sides. Spread raspberry jam on top and sprinkle the rest of the dough. Cook the pie in the “Baking” mode for ninety minutes.

Let the finished pie cool slightly with the multicooker bowl open, remove it to a dish, divide into pieces and serve with tea or milk.

In a similar way you can prepare Cheesecake and serve it with raspberry jam. To do this, mix 500 grams of cottage cheese, 100 grams of sugar and three large eggs and distribute between two layers of dough, as we described in the recipe above, instead of jam. When serving, season the cooled pie with raspberry jam and enjoy.
