    For flavor I add a pinch of ground cinnamon. I immediately add sugar - here, rely solely on your taste, but do not forget that ice cream will also be used. Adding 1 teaspoon will make the coffee slightly sweet.

    I pour cold water into the Turk - drinking water, preferably spring or purified, because the taste of the water will directly affect the quality of the coffee drink. I stir thoroughly with a spoon and place the container on the stove. I set the fire to the lowest setting. As soon as the foam starts to rise, I immediately remove the Turk from the stove, not allowing the drink to boil. After a minute, I return the Turk to the burner, to minimum heat, and repeat the procedure, this way both the taste and aroma of the coffee bean will be revealed to the maximum extent.

    I completely cool the drink in the Turk (the longer it steeps, the stronger the coffee will be; you can put it in the refrigerator). Then I strain it through a fine sieve to remove all the sediment, and pour it into cups or serving glasses.

    I place a portion of ice cream on top of each container in a heap - 3-4 balls per cup. Vanilla or cream ice cream, creme brulee or ice cream with condensed milk are suitable. It is very important to use a quality product, without palm fat.
