I present to you a super economical dish. Attention! (drum roll sounds) Tadam! - "Jewish meat"! Recipe for a rainy day.

Unfortunately, I can’t provide a photo of this dish, I haven’t done it for a long time, because this dish is not for children’s tummies.
We will need: onion (the amount depends on the amount of flour available), ground black pepper, various greens (you can do without it), carrots (1-2 pieces, but you can do without it), 1-2 eggs, flour, salt, a gram of vegetable oil and water.

We knead the dough like dumplings, roll it into a thin layer and grease lightly with oil. We cut the onion into thin half rings, slightly wrinkle them, put them on this layer of rolled dough. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with various herbs (if any). Let's roll this whole thing up. It turns out a sausage, which can be cut into small pieces of 10 cm. Carefully put them in a saucepan or a deep frying pan with a small amount of boiling water, you can grate the existing carrot on a fine grater (you can also cook in a double boiler). Cover with a lid and wait until the dish is ready. Sometimes we check if the water has boiled away and how the onion feels there.

This "Jewish meat" for some reason turns out to be satisfying. Well, that's why it's meat. If there is a little ketchup - then just a song! And so that ketchup is always in the house, I suggest cooking it yourself

Whole milk powder is stored less than skimmed milk, so we choose the skimmed option for a strategic stock. Milk is best packaged in several small Mylar bags. 7 kg. enough for a year. The energy value of such a reserve will be approximately 26,000 kilocalories.

Vegetable fats
Ghee contains significantly less water than butter, so it can be stored much longer. While you wait for better times, it will become your main source of fat. To replenish the reserves of 50,000 kilocalories, you need to take about 7 kg.
