Ingredients:

  • 200 ml water or milk;
  • 100 g of sugar or powder, of which 30 g in the dough, 70 g in sour cream for lubrication;
  • A pinch of salt;
  • 7 g yeast;
  • 20 ml vegetable oil;
  • 240 - 260 g wheat flour;
  • Vanilla sugar;
  • Apple;
  • 80 g sour cream or natural yoghurt;
  • Pear;
  • Plum: 5-6 pcs.

Yeast dough for sweet pizza with fruit

1. Add sugar, salt, yeast and flour to the water. Knead the dough.

2. Place the yeast dough in a warm place for one hour. During this time it should approximately double in volume.

3. Wash the fruit. Cut the apple and pear in half, remove the seed nests and cut into slices. Cut the plums into slices, removing the pit.


4. Grease the pizza pan with oil. Roll out the yeast dough thinly and place it in a mold or on a baking sheet.

5. Add sugar or powder to sour cream or natural yogurt, add vanilla sugar to taste. Stir everything.

6. Grease the pizza base with sour cream and sugar. Leave a little sour cream for the top. Arrange the fruits in random order.

Ingredients:

  • vegetable oil – 150 g;
  • sugar – 150 g;
  • ripe banana – 2 pcs.;
  • flour – 1.5 tbsp;
  • soda - a pinch;
  • – 200 g;
  • fresh fruits and berries - to taste.

Preparation

Light the oven in advance and preheat it to 180 degrees. In a bowl, combine vegetable oil with sugar. Peel the bananas and mash them into a paste with a fork. Next, mix the fruit mass with butter. In a separate bowl, combine the flour with salt and throw in the baking soda, and then pour the mixture into the banana mixture. Knead the elastic dough, roll it into a thin layer and form the base for our pizza. Then place it on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Cool the finished cake a little, coat it with whipped cream and lay out fresh fruits and berries prepared in advance and cut into slices. Well, that's it, sweet simple fruit pizza is ready!

Sweet fruit pizza

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • flour – 300 g;
  • milk – 200 ml;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • lemon zest - to taste;
  • hazelnuts – 0.5 tbsp.

For the filling:

  • cottage cheese – 250 g;
  • canned peaches – 200 g;
  • blueberries – 200 g;
  • strawberries – 200 g;
  • vanillin – 1 tbsp. spoon.

Preparation

Grind the hazelnuts using a blender. In a deep container, sift the wheat flour, add chopped nuts, grated lemon zest and sugar. Mix everything well, add olive oil, add warm milk and knead into a homogeneous dough. Then we form a ball out of it, wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Next, roll it out into a thin round cake, place it on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: beat vanilla sugar with cottage cheese in a blender. We wash the strawberries, cut them into quarters, and chop the peaches into slices. First spread the curd mass onto the finished cooled cake in an even layer and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Then we take out the preparation, evenly arrange the berries and fruits and serve the pizza to the table, enjoying its fabulous taste.

Fruit and berry pizza

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • milk – 150 g;
  • yeast – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • flour – 250 g;
  • honey – 2 teaspoons;
  • orange zest - to taste;
  • olive oil – 2 teaspoons.

For the filling:

  • – 200 g;
  • strawberries – 200 g;
  • cherry – 100 g;
  • apricots – 100 g;
  • blueberries – 50 g;
  • kiwi – 1 pc.;
  • blackcurrant jam – 100 g.

Preparation

First, let's make the dough for our pizza. We heat the milk so that it is warm and pour most of it into one bowl, and the rest into another. Place honey in the first bowl, stir until completely dissolved and add yeast. Leave the dough for about 10 minutes so that the yeast is slightly activated. Throw salt into the second container and mix. Next, sift the flour separately and add grated zest, carefully pour in milk with yeast and milk with salt. Add olive oil, mix and knead the dough with your hands. Now we form a ball out of it, put it in a bowl and cover with a towel. We leave it to rise for about half an hour, and during this time we move on to preparing the fruit for the filling. Peel the kiwi, cut in half and chop into small pieces. Break apricots and nectarines, remove seeds and chop into slices. We tear off the tail of the strawberry and cut the berries into quarters. Wash the cherries and blueberries thoroughly, dry them and transfer all the fruits to a plate. Roll out the risen dough into a thin circle, place it on a baking sheet and make punctures all over the surface with a fork. Place the crust in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Then cool, spread with a thin layer of jam and spread evenly all the fruits and berries.

Step 1: Making the dough.

Warm the milk until it is warm but not hot. Pour most of the milk into one bowl and a little into the other.
Add honey to the first bowl, stir until it dissolves and add yeast (do not stir).


Leave for about 10 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.


Add salt to the second bowl of milk and stir until it is completely dissolved.


Sift the flour into a bowl. Now you need to add the orange zest. You can grate it directly into a bowl. First wash the orange in hot water and wipe dry.


Mix flour with orange zest, add milk with yeast and honey, mix. Then add milk and salt and mix again.


Add olive oil, stir and start kneading the dough with your hands.


Transfer it to the table and knead until you get a homogeneous, elastic dough.


Form the dough into a ball, place in a bowl and cover with cling film or a towel. Leave to rise for half an hour. And at this time you can start preparing fruits and berries for the filling.

Step 2: Preparing ingredients for filling.



The amount of fruits and berries in the recipe is indicated in grams approximately. Both of them can be of different sizes and, accordingly, weights. In addition, it is not at all necessary to follow the proposed option; you can create your own with any number of fruits and berries that you like and are available. Thanks to supermarkets, many of them can be bought all year round, but, unfortunately, their taste cannot be compared with real seasonal ones.
So, we peel the kiwi, cut it in half and cut into small pieces. Transfer to a plate.


Divide the apricots into halves, remove the pits and cut into slices. Remove the stem from the strawberries and cut the berries in half or into four pieces. Small ones can be used entirely.


Cut the nectarine (or peach) in half, remove the pit and cut into cubes or slices, as you prefer. Transfer the chopped nectarine to a plate.
Wash the cherries and blueberries well and dry them. Overall they look very good. Place the prepared berries on a plate.

Step 3: Prepare fruit pizza.



While we were preparing fruits and berries, the dough had already risen sufficiently. Remove it from the bowl. Now you need to roll out the dough into a thin circle.


Line a baking pan with parchment. It is needed not only so that the dough does not stick to the pan if you have it without a special coating, but also to easily transfer the finished fruit pizza onto a dish.
To transfer the dough into the mold, you can “wind” it around a rolling pin and then gently roll it over the mold.


Flatten the dough in the pan with your hands and make punctures with a fork evenly over all surfaces so that the dough does not bubble. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
Remove the pan with the baked pizza crust and leave to cool completely.


Spread a thin layer of jam on the cooled crust. Arrange the peaches evenly.


Then lay out all the prepared ingredients for the filling in any order. Dip a brush into the jam and spread a thin layer over all fruits and berries. That's it, the fruit pizza is ready.

Step 4: Serve the fruit pizza.



Serve fruit pizza for dessert and afternoon snack for children. Adults will also appreciate the beauty and original taste of this pizza.

You can use canned peaches for the filling, and make jelly from the syrup and pour it over the laid out fruits and berries (in this case, there is no need to spread jam on top), and put it in the refrigerator, half an hour will be enough, if the gelatin is good, just check. Hello Sunday everyone! The weekend is coming to an end, and I have another portion of yummy food for you. Oh, I love experimenting in the kitchen, especially with. Today, for example, I wanted to bake fruit sweet pizza. Well, what can I say - the experiment was a success! I invite you to treat yourself to a delicious piece of aromatic pizza! Fresh ideas in cooking have not been canceled

So, we will bake sweet pizza with banana and prunes. For this we need:

  • pie dough 500 g;
  • 4 small bananas;
  • 150 g prunes;
  • 150 g hard cheese;
  • Canned fruit (peaches or pineapples).

There is no cheese in this photo, but it is the main ingredient! Don't forget about him! Now about canned fruit: if you add pineapples to pizza, they will be a little hard, so it is better to use soft fruits, such as peaches. But I did it differently. Do you think the photo shows peaches or pineapples? No matter how it is! This zucchini Mom makes a wonderful zucchini compote that tastes like canned pineapple, but not as hard. By the way, I bought ready-made pizza dough - pie yeast dough. Because I didn’t want any unnecessary fuss. So, first of all, wash the prunes well. Then cut it into small cubes. Like this:

Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Something like this:

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or place baking paper. We distribute our dough in the shape of a circle on a baking sheet. Place prunes in the first layer, then bananas, then pieces of canned fruit. Three cheeses on a coarse grater and divide into two parts. Sprinkle the first half of the grated cheese on the pizza. We will leave the second half of the cheese for the future. We will need it later. Pizza at this stage looks like this:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, then turn off oven, but do not remove the pie. After a couple of minutes, open the oven and pull out the baking sheet, sprinkle the pizza with the remaining cheese. Close the oven for another minute. All! Now you can remove our pizza from the oven. As an addition to this dish, I recommend the “Golden Autumn” fruit compote according to Maria’s recipe.

  4. Prick the dough with a fork in several places.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together cool whipping cream and pudding powder (or thickener) with vanilla. Mix well, but not too much.
  7. Spread the cream onto the crust and garnish with your favorite fruit.

Fruit pizza with cottage cheese

Dough ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. nuts
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon zest

Filling ingredients

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • vanilla (to taste)
  • 2.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 700 g berries and fruits
  • 100 g ice cream

Preparation

  1. Sift the flour, add chopped nuts, lemon zest and sugar. Mix well, add softened butter and milk. Knead the dough. Wrap the dough in cling film. Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. Roll out the dough, place it in a round pan, greased with oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Whisk sugar, sour cream, vanilla and cottage cheese in a bowl. Place the curd mass on the base in an even layer. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. When you remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool slightly and garnish with chopped fruit and ice cream.

Fruit pizza with strawberry sauce

Dough ingredients

  • 650 g flour
  • 30 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 12 g dry yeast
  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 300 ml water

Ingredients for decoration

  • 50 g pineapples
  • 50 g oranges
  • 50 g grapes

Preparation

  1. Prepare the dough: mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead it well. Leave in a warm place to rise.
  2. Prepare the strawberry sauce: simmer the strawberries in a saucepan over low heat until completely softened. Add lemon juice and sugar, puree with a blender and add starch diluted in a small amount of water. Cook the sauce until thickened.
  3. Preparing pizza: roll out the dough into a layer half a millimeter thick. Grease a heatproof dish with oil. Place the dough in it. Spread with strawberry sauce. Top the fruit with the rest of the sauce.
  4. Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees on the lower tier. Bake for 15 minutes.
