  • Pickled cucumber - 50 g.
  • Boiled sausage - 70 g.
  • Cheese - 50 g.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

We use purchased dough: it is sold in almost any store, the quality is good - it makes no sense to spend hours on complicated cooking. Sausage, if desired, can be replaced with ham, and pickled cucumber with green olives. The type of cheese does not matter - the main thing is that it melts.

How to cook scrambled eggs on puff pastry

Grate the cheese with large chips.

  12. Bake the eggs in the dough for 22-23 minutes.
