  5. Peel the tangerines and divide into slices.

MANDARNINE AND BEET SALAD

  • beets – 3 pcs.
  • tangerine – 3 pcs.
  • soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l.
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • greens – ½ bunch
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Boil the beets with skins for about 30 minutes until tender, let them cool and peel them. We clean the tangerines from the peel and white fibers. Cut the beets and tangerines into circles and place them on a plate, alternating, in the shape of a ring (like in a caprese). Mix soy sauce with oil and spices and drizzle the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

WARM SALAD WITH PUMPKIN AND MANDARINS

  • pumpkin – 700 g
  • tangerine – 4 pcs.
  • spinach – 6 tbsp.
  • dried cranberries – ¼ tbsp
  • rosemary – 3 tsp.
  • olive oil – 4 tbsp. l.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the pumpkin from peel, seeds and fibers, cut into small cubes. Wash the fresh rosemary, dry it and chop it coarsely. Mix chopped pumpkin with 2 tbsp. l. olive oil and place on a baking sheet with parchment. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 2 tsp. rosemary. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Let the finished pumpkin cool for 15 minutes. Wash and dry the spinach. Pour boiling water over the cranberries for 30 seconds, then dry on a paper towel. Peel three tangerines and remove white fibers and cut into cubes. Squeeze the juice from the last tangerine and mix it with 2 tbsp. l. olive oil and remaining rosemary. Add salt, pepper and mix.

In a salad bowl, mix pumpkin, tangerines, spinach and cranberries, season the dish with sauce.

SALAD WITH MANDARINS AND CHICKEN

  • tangerine – 200 g
  • chicken fillet – 250 g
  • red onion – 60 g
  • lettuce leaves – 200 g
  • olive oil – 30 g
  • mustard beans – 1 tsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender and cut into small pieces. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and tear them by hand. We clean the tangerines and remove the films, leaving only slices of juicy pulp. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. In a small container, mix mustard with oil and spices. Place lettuce leaves, chicken, tangerines, onions in a bowl and pour dressing over everything.

SALAD WITH MANDARINS AND CELERY

Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and tear them finely with your hands. We peel and remove tangerines or use canned ones. Wash the celery and green onions and chop them finely. For the sauce, beat all ingredients in a blender. Mix the solid and liquid ingredients of the salad in a bowl and serve.
