  • Shortbread cookies 250 g.
  • Butter 80 g.
  • Milk 5 tbsp. spoon
  • Cocoa powder 1.5 tbsp. spoon
  • Sugar 5 tbsp. spoon

Step by step

  1. Minute are sausages made from shortbread cookies with cocoa powder and sugar. It looks like smoked sausage. This dessert certainly doesn’t take a minute to prepare, but it’s very quick and doesn’t require any special cooking skills. Any student can handle this recipe. We often have cookies left over that haven't been eaten, so we'll use them for a minute. You can also add chopped walnuts in a minute. Your loved ones will definitely like it. To prepare this delicious dessert we will need the following ingredients: 250 grams of shortbread cookies, 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 5 tablespoons of milk, 80 grams of butter.
  2. Take 250 grams of shortbread cookies and knead them into crumbs with your hands. You can use a meat grinder or blender to grind. The crumb should not be too small so that there are grains, like fat in a smoked sausage.
  3. Take a frying pan and add 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
  4. Add 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder to granulated sugar. You can add more cocoa (2 tablespoons), it will be darker in color.
  5. Mix the sand and cocoa powder well.
  6. Add 5 tablespoons of milk and mix again. Now turn on the gas and cook over low heat (be sure to stir with a spoon) until the granulated sugar dissolves.
  7. Once the granulated sugar has dissolved, add 80 grams of butter.
  8. Bring to a boil and simmer for one minute.
  9. Pour our chocolate mixture over the crushed cookies and mix with a spoon. If you think there is not enough liquid, you can cook it a little more. But for me, chocolate icing was enough for 250 grams of cookies.
  10. Take a plastic bag, put it in the shape of a sausage and twist it. It is better to do this warm. For our quantity of products we will get 2 sausages. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
  11. We take out our minute and mode into pieces. Serve to the table. You will definitely surprise and delight your loved ones with a new taste, especially children who really love these sweet sausages. Enjoy your tea!

The Minutka cake recipe is very simple, the main thing is to strictly follow all the recommendations written in this article. Knead butter or margarine well until a plastic mass is formed.

Salt is dissolved in milk, then butter is poured in, eggs are added and flour is poured in small portions. The dough is kneaded for five minutes, after which a small brick is formed from it. The table is sprinkled with flour, then the prepared dough is laid out on it.

Sprinkle flour on top, then roll it out with a rolling pin into a flat cake, the thickness of which should not exceed one centimeter. After which the cake is folded into four, rolled out again, and folded into four again. The dough is divided in half and rolled out into two equal layers of about 0.5 centimeters.

The Minutka cake turns out to be very tender and incredibly tasty. The oven is heated to 200 degrees, the baking sheet is sprayed with water, the cake is baked for 20 minutes. Both cake layers are glued together using warm cream, then sprinkled with powdered sugar and cut into cakes.

To prepare the cream, the gelatin is washed in cold water and placed on a sieve, then soaked in boiled water for two hours. After which the water is heated, but not brought to a boil. Three egg whites are separated from the yolks and whipped into a thick foam.

Berry jam or any other jam is heated in a small saucepan, then passed through a sieve, sugar is added and everything is cooked for 10 minutes. The hot berry mass is mixed with gelatin and poured in small portions into the whipped whites, while the mixture is constantly whipped.

Why this dessert is called “Minutka”, I don’t know. Also known as sweet sausage. Some people serve “potato cake” using this recipe. This is the very first entry in my cookbook - but if you think it cooks in a minute, you're wrong.

So, we need the following ingredients:

100 g butter (room temperature)

1 cup sugar

1 glass of milk

2 tablespoons cocoa

2 eggs

600 grams of cookies

Nuts

We start cooking by grinding warm, but not melted butter with sugar and eggs. It’s better to do this right away in a saucepan, in which we will continue to cook.

Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to this mixture. It is better to take regular cocoa powder that needs to be boiled, without any additives. Mix well and gradually add milk.

This is the mixture you get, don’t worry if it seems like everything has curdled - the white flakes are pieces of butter, they will melt over the fire.

And here is a saucepan that needs to be brought to a boil over low heat and boiled for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. In winter, I take it out to the balcony in the cold, and in summer I have to stir it.

Now let's prepare the cookies. When purchasing, you need to take a regular, square one, without additives or toppings, and in no case biscuits or crackers. One of the best options are “For Tea”, “For Coffee”, “Yubileinoe” cookies. Break into large pieces and place in a blender. With a few presses, we break the cookies so that there is both “flour” and larger pieces, which will later become “pieces of fat” in the sausage. If you don’t have a blender, grind it through a meat grinder, but again, break it a little with your hands. You can use a rolling pin - but it takes a long time.

So, your cocoa mixture has cooled down and now you can add broken cookies and nuts (if you decide to add them too).

A cookie cake will help you please your sweet tooth at home with a delicious dessert. Preparing the delicacy is a pleasure; the whole process will take no more than half an hour and soaking time will take a few minutes. You can confidently involve your kids in such an exciting activity; they will be interested in creating original sweets with their own hands.

Homemade cookie cake

As a rule, a cookie cake is prepared without baking; this cannot but please busy housewives. There are a lot of recipes for making delicacies, and the most relevant are those that use dry or stale cookies.

  1. The simplest shortbread cake is a version with a creamy layer, which can be made from available products: sour cream, curd mass, cream.

A cake made from old cookies and waffles, familiar from childhood – “Strawberry”. Preparing the delicacy is not at all difficult; the characteristic, recognizable color is achieved by soaking it in beet juice. Some cooks color the preparations with cherry syrup or pomegranate juice. From these ingredients you can make 10-15 strawberries.
