  2. Cook with herbs, garlic and basil. In Italy, such sauces are called salsa di pomodoro. Excellent replacement for ketchup.
  3. It is better to use not all chicken, but only red meat; the thigh is ideal. There is a lot of meat, it is tender and cooks quickly. White meat is a bit dry for pizza. Skin the thighs and trim off the fat. Boil the chicken in plain water without spices for 15 minutes. Then cool the meat, remove bones and cartilage, and cut the meat as you like.

  7. Place chopped chicken on top of the mozzarella. By the way, I think that instead of boiling the chicken, you can fry it in olive oil. As an option - grilled chicken, but for God's sake - home grill. Or . Give it a try.
  8. Place pineapple slices on top of the chicken. Fresh pineapple is possible, but I'm not quite sure how it will bake, I'll try it in the future. Take a can of canned pineapple in mild syrup. There are usually 10 circles in a jar. For pizza you need 7 pieces. Drain the syrup, eat three circles immediately, place one circle in the center of the pizza, and spread the remaining six circles evenly around, closer to the edge.
  9. Next is an important point! Carefully cut the pineapple slices into four parts, in sectors. The thing is, once the pineapple pizza is baked and you start eating it, it will be difficult to take a bite of the whole thing. But when cutting, do not damage the dough.
  10. Sprinkle the top of the pizza with finely chopped green onions (leaves only), and, if desired, green basil.

Compound:

  • 1 tbsp. sifted flour;
  • 150 ml water;
  • 4 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • ½ tsp. salt;
  • 300-350 g chicken thighs;
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese;
  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese;
  • canned pineapples;
  • 125 g of tomato sauce or ketchup;
  • several sprigs of basil;
  • green onions and oregano.

Preparation:

  1. First of all, let's knead the dough. The flour must be sifted into a bowl with high sides, preferably 2-3 times, so that the dough is airy.
  2. Make a hole in the flour in the middle and pour a little water into it (approximately 100 ml) and 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.
  3. We begin to slowly knead the dough with a spoon, and if necessary, add water.
  4. Sprinkle the table with flour and place our dough on it, salt to taste. Now knead the dough with your hands until it becomes elastic and non-sticky. We leave the dough for half an hour so that it “rests”, and we ourselves will make the filling.
  5. Carefully trim off the skin and excess fat, if any, from the chicken thighs. Boil the meat for 15-30 minutes without adding any spices or salt.
  6. We cut the boiled chicken meat in a way convenient for us.
  7. Drain the juice from the pineapples and place them in a cup. If the pineapples are large, you can cut them into cubes.
  8. Now roll out the dough. Experienced chefs advise stretching the dough with your hands, but if you find it difficult to do this, use a rolling pin.
  9. We put the dough in a special form (you can take a regular baking sheet), making sides, and prick it with a fork in several places. This simple step will prevent the dough from rising during baking in places where steam collects.

We bring to your attention a quick recipe for making pizza. For the filling we will use pickled mushrooms, but you can always replace them with fresh ones, first frying them with onions.

Compound:

  • 300 g of ready-made dough;
  • 250 g chicken meat;
  • 200 g pickled champignons;
  • 2-3 tomatoes;
  • ketchup;
  • mayonnaise;
  • 250 g hard cheese;
  • canned pineapples.

Preparation:

  1. Defrost the dough at room temperature, and then roll it out into shape and let it sit for a while.
  2. Cut pineapples, mushrooms and tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. Boil the chicken meat and chop it.
  4. Mix ketchup with mayonnaise and generously grease the base.
  5. Place the pineapples, distributing them evenly over the surface of the pizza.
